The room benefits from a double exposure therefore very bright. A living room (woodwork and beautiful old parquet) with fireplace 2 convertible sofas (quality mattress), a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, a bathroom with WC (redone in February 2017). WiFi access in the apartment.
Equipment: fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, dishes, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, TV, vacuum cleaner, iron, hair dryer. The rental price includes all charges (water, electricity, heating, tourist tax). The linen is provided and your beds will be made upon your arrival! Possibility of a cleaning service for 50 € at the end of the stay. A cleaning deposit of this amount will be requested from tenants who do not wish this service. It will be returned on departure if the state of cleanliness of the apartment is satisfactory. The amount of the deposit for the apartment is € 400, which can also be returned at the end of the stay.
