A fantastic sea-view apartment.

This was a wonderful place to stay St.Malo. It's a fifteen minute walk to the old town. The views of bay and its tides are exceptional. The furnishings are first rate, including a comfortable bed. Parking is very secure. We loved our time here.

Best Place to Walk the Beach

Modern, tastefully decorated and beautifully maintained apartment. Location is close to everything but private and quiet. We relaxed, walked the beach and explored. Old city has great restaurants, lots of history and the can’t miss Micro Zoo. A wonderful stay.

Apartment with fantastic view

Great location, excellent and fully equipped apartment including garage parking space. 5 min walk from Intra Muros, very good starting point for excursions in the area. Very nice hostess, handover was easy, although we speak very bad French. We had a wonderful week there!

St Malo

We loved our time in ST Malo. Our host couldn't have been more accommodating. The apartment was very comfortable, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. It is a short walk to the old city but has several restaurants close by. The best part no doubt is the view of the sea. The first night we came back from dinner sat at the picture window and enjoyed a beautiful and colorful sunset. Spectacular.

Communion avec la mer

A combination of sophistication and very up to date amenities make this property exceptional. The location on the beautiful beach so close to intra muros was also appreciated. The hosts were very hospitable. The initial problem with communication was due to MY phone! Once we figured a way around it, everything was perfect. A "must return".

Couldn’t Be Better

The gorgeous, straight on sea view made us reluctant to leave the apartment at all. It changed with the tides and the variations of light. At high tide it was like being on a ship - but better because you can go for a walk on the solid beach walkway for miles. We visited 3 restaurants and a cafe within 5-20 minutes walk along the beachside. The restored old city is about 20 minutes as well. We loved the comfort and decor inside, too. Designer level, great layout, lots of storage, well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds. Amazing sound-proofing, never heard a car or truck (or neighbors). There were a few maintenance noises because the building exterior is being renovated (June 2024), but that obviously is short-term and can’t be helped. There is a tabac one street over for necessities. A mall with many stores is about a 15-minute drive. The roads are pretty easy to navigate with a GPS, and it was easy to visit Dinard and Cancale. It was helpful to get an address for parking options in advance so you have an address. The apartment owners were lovely, friendly, and helpful. When we called because we’d misunderstood garage instructions, one of them came to help in 10 min. Great communication in general and very welcoming. All in all, perhaps our favorite rental ever - and we’ve visited many.

Tout était parfait de l'arrivée au départ.Les propriétaires sont très agréables et prévenants, que ce soit pour organiser l'accueil ou donner des conseils. Nous les remercions pour les petits cadeaux d'accueil.L'appartement est superbe, avec un mobilier de qualité, très spacieux avec une agréable véranda, un vaste espace de séjour et surtout une vue exceptionnelle sur le Sillon depuis la baie vitrée et le bow-window.La cuisine est parfaitement équipée, avec tout le matériel ménager nécessaire, la petite épicerie, les dosettes de café...L'emplacement à moins de 10 minutes à pied de l'intra-muros est idéal, et le garage très appréciable compte tenu de la saturation des parkings. Nous le recommandons sans réserve.

Le sillon à Saint Malo

L'appartement est top et très bien entretenu. Bien situé, confortable à tout point de vue et très bien équipé, on s'est senti comme à la maison. Nid douillet et de très bon goût, nous avons profité de la vue splendide sur la mer. Adapté avec 2 enfants de 11 et 12 ans, qui ont respecté les bibelots et le mobilier. Un accueil fort sympathique des propriétaires, plein de délicatesse et d'attention pour nous. Je recommande vivement a ceux qui veulent vivre un séjour magique a Saint Malo.

Wunderschöne FeWo an Plage du Sillon

Die Gastgeberin, Madame Guerin, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die FeWo ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, eine Kombination aus moderner Einrichtung (Küche, Bad) und sehr schönen Möbeln (edle Sammelstücke) im Wohnzimmer. Ebenso viele sehr schöne Bilder. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß. Mit Garage und Aufzug, ist der Komfort kaum zu toppen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. L’appartement est spacieux et très propre. Il est très bien équipé (vaisselle, serviettes …) et les propriétaires s’assurent qu’il y ait les produits de base (sel, poivre, huile…) ce qui est vraiment très agréable, surtout quand on reste que quelques jours. L’accueil et le départ se sont déroulés sans difficulté. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour Les petits cadeaux de bienvenu. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir profiter de la superbe vue qu’offre l’appartement.

Les grandes marées

Magnifique appartement face a la plage du Sillon. Julie et les propriétaires nous ont accueillis chaleureusement. Très bons équipements conforme à l’annonce. Des produits alimentaires et de ménage de 1ère nécessité étaient à disposition (bouteilles d’eau, café, sucre, huile, vinaigre, saupalin, papier toilettes, éponges, etc…) ce qui est agréable quand on arrive un samedi. Je confirme le côté « propreté » lu précédemment, et nous avons fait en sorte de garder cet appartement propre comme on l’aurait fait chez nous. Le +, c’est qu’on était aux 1eres loges pour les grandes marées du 11/02. Juste magnifique.
