By the Sea

A welcome bonus when we arrived at the station was the host picked us up and drove to the accommodation. Very clean & private in a good location. Close to shops and not far from old town. Host was very helpful providing local guidance. On booking, host sends direct email (which we missed) outlining special conditions including required deposit on arrival. We enjoyed our stay & recommend the place.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche im St Melo. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und die große Dachterrasse war unser Highlight. Strand, Restaurants und Bäckereien sind gleich in der Nähe, und die Altstadt erreicht man in 15 Min. zu Fuß. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich, gab tolle Tipps, nahm uns sogar auf eine Tour mit. Wir empfehlen es uneingeschränkt und kommen gerne wieder!Nous avons passé une superbe semaine au St Melo. L’appartement était très propre et la grande terrasse sur le toit était notre coup de cœur. Plage, restaurants et boulangeries se trouvent tout près, et la vieille ville est à seulement 15 minutes à pied. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de l'hôte et la bouteille de cidre mise à notre disposition. Couchage excellent, propreté des lieux ok, ensemble fidèle au descriptif.l'électro ménager est propre mais vieillissant.Nous disposons de 2 accès au logement, l'un par un escalier en colimaçon, l'autre via le jardin du propriétaire.L'accès à la plage se fait à peine en une minute. Pour se rendre intra-muros, on peut s'y rendre à pied en 20 minutes. Les commerces sont à cinq minutes à pied, y compris une superette.

L’appartement est très sympathique et confortable. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Il est vraiment bien situé.Seul tout petit bémol, l’escalier en colimaçon un peu « raide » et pas beaucoup de place pour se garer dans la rue car le garage n’est en fait pas à disposition. Les propriétaires sont super et de bons conseils. Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour !

Dès notre arrivée Jean-Marc nous a reçu fort gentiment. Idéalement situé, nous avons profité de magnifiques balades. Et même si le soleil a beaucoup joué à cache cache avec les nuages, la pluie et le vent n'ont pas entachénotre plaisir. .

Heerlijke week gehad! Appartement was schoon en gezellig met prachtig terras met bloemen en planten! Alles aanwezig in het appartement wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben! Koelkast was al gevuld met water en lekkere drankjes! Heel aardige eigenaar die je hele goede tips geeft over bijv restaurants of uitstapjes! En locatie vlak bij strand en centrum! Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in St. Malo in dieser kleinen gemütlichen Wohnung verbracht. Die Dachterrasse ist super und war wie ein 2. Wohnzimmer. Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter haben uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gegeben. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal für Ausflüge rund um St. Malo. Die Lage in St. Malo ist super, gleich um die Ecke ist die Strandpromenade am wunderschönen Strand von St. Malo, in 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt.

Le logement est parfaitement situé: dans une petie rue calme, où l onnpeut se stationner gratuitement, proche des commerces, à une cinquantaine de mètres de la plage et à une quinzaine de minutes à pied par la digue, du quartier des remparts "intra muros". Très bien équipé, il dispose également d'une belle terrasse, du wifi...etc...etc.... Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Un toit tout près de la mer

Très agréable séjour à deux pas du sillon. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire qui a pris soin de savoir si tout se passait bien tout au long de notre séjour. L'appartement est idéalement placé, il ne manque de rien. Idéal pour profiter de Saint Malo sans prendre la voiture !

Wunderschön

Schöne gemütliche Wohnung mit wunderschöner Terrasse. Sehr gut ausgestattet und mit viel Platz zum Abstellen. Die Lage ist natürlich top, man ist in einer Minute am Meer und kann den faszinierenden Wechsel der Gezeiten beobachten. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäckerei, Käseladen, Supermarkt) fußläufig sowie mehrere Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr netter Gastgeber, der uns mit vielen Informationen versorgte und sogar die Zeit fand, uns vom Bahnhof abzuholen und wieder hinzubringen. Vielen Dank nochmal! Wir haben die Woche in St. Malo sehr genossen.
