"The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. When I booked online I didn't get an option to select how many people we were and the lady at reception quickly helped fix that. We also accidentally booked a non-pet friendly room by accident and since they didn't have any availability, they made an exception so that we didn't have to go find another hotel and after a 13 hour drive, I'm super appreciative of that fact. The staff were very friendly and understanding. Definitely recommend."

"I was staying over the weekend so it was quiet but I understand construction during the week. Water pressure in shower a little weak otherwise good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay again. We had a lovely view of the bay unfortunately window was cloudy either requires outside cleaning or window seal broken. A lovely town, I hope to return. "

"This is a lovely, delightful travel accommodation alternative. As seniors I just had to be careful to search for one of the rooms with a private bath before doing the booking. Very quiet and restful - easy to fall asleep. Take note that TVs are absent; just an FYI. Having The Bistro right there for dinner was very convenient and the food is excellent. The breakfast/break area is comfortable and welcoming and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the machine coffee - beans are ground...

"Everything I needed was there. Its perfect with one exception. Would be nice if kids didn't make noise at least till 10am. 😁. But for the price its perfect. If you want better go and rent a hotel for 200$+ per night... 👍 Good location about 30 minutes from downtown Montreal. I recommend."
