"The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. They helped me navigate the city as a solo traveler. The building can only be accessed by keycard/buzzing in which made me feel extra safe. The location is great - walkable to Chinatown and North Beach. There is no AC so the room felt a little stale at times, but they provided fans and the city itself is cool, so an open window was great. The breakfast is basic but the coffee was surprisingly tasty.
