Nous étions deux familles avec 4 ados, et nous avons pu profiter de son emplacement idéal à proximité du centre et de la plage de Saint Jean de Luz (15 minutes à pieds sans forcer). La proximité avec le pôle jeunesse n’est pas un problème, notez quand même que la maison est mitoyenne d’un côté avec une isolation vraisemblablement un peu faible. Les voisins sont très discrets mais côté vacanciers, il ne faut...

"Location très bien aménagée et agréable à vivre, mais équipement perfectible, surtout côté cuisine (ustensiles notamment). Les photos font penser à du haut de gamme mais, quand on voit de près, la réalité n'est pas du même niveau: placage des meubles qui se décolle, électroménager vieillissant, pare-douche difficile à manoeuvrer... Nous avons également été déçus par le manque d'entretien du jardin (pas tondu, ronces sur le fil à linge). Bref, c'est quand même bien, mais ça fait vraiment cher...

"Very nice, well kept and well equipped appartment in a completely renovated Basque farm house in a quiet and nice residential quarter. Especially the large terrace and the spacious kitchen as well as 2 bathrooms make it perfect for 4-5 adults. You can walk in 15-20 minutes to the beach and in the center. The proprietors live in the other half of the house and are friendly and helpful. We spent 2 very pleasant weeks there."

Point négatif, le bruit perpétuel de la rue, une chambre avec une fenêtre donnant sur un ascenseur, le mobilier anciens peu pratiques et mal adaptés pour ranger du linges dans les chambres et le parking public appelé "privatif" dans l'annonce mais qui ne l'ai pas car situé à 300 mètre de l'appartement.
