"Staff was great, loved the pool and in door playground. We never got the internet to work and it was mostly clean but noticed the duvet and beds weren’t as clean as we would’ve hoped. "

"The facilities are extremely basic. There was no coffee or tea, water boiler, hair dryer provided, just some dirty paper cups. I also found hair in the sink. Essentially, all you get is a bed with pillows, but even the bed sheets were dirty."

"Stayed for a solo St Therese pilgrimage. Centrally located hotel near many shops and restaurants and 15 minute walk from train station. It's next door to Cathedral of St Pierre and a 10-15 minute walk from the Carmel of Lisieux, the Basilica of St. Therese, and Les Buissonets (all in different directions). Nice breakfast and friendly staff."

"Staff excellent. Room very small and lacked basic storage for clothes after unpacking. One bedside light not working. Really nice location. Would use again if a bigger room was available. Did not eat in."
