First French Family Holiday

I'd compare it to Bluestone in Wales. Lovely area, staff are very polite and the pool indoor and out are great. This was our first foray into France for a family holiday and would most certainly return. Quiet roads to drive on rurally and its just a much more sedate way of life. Very few Brits (Which was great as you have to make an effort to get here) and families from Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and across France were so much more respectful to each other. Throughout our travels we encountered just 2 potholes! The toll roads are a dream to use. We'd highly recommend Cabourg for a day at the beach and Trouville-sur-Mer for the ultra fresh seaford for a spot of lunch.

The site is very pretty, the apartments are small and basic, did say cleaning everyday but came in once whilst we were there (1 week). Pools are nice, disappointing they are closed 13.00 -15.00 everyday which actually means asked to leave about 12.30 / 12.40

Cleaning -not so good as we found a few spider web inside the property. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need. 20 minutes from lovely beaches, also the property has indoor and outdoor pool with loads of free activities. Beds and sofa bed very inconfortable this last reason would put me off of going there again ,also some of the linen had massive stains. If you stay in the ones by the lake get ready for loads of bugs visits. Staff reasonably friendly

Would return as the grounds are nice and pool is brilliant . but some duplex’s need updating . Our location was terrible when we booked We asked to all be together which wasn’t adhered too by the complex even though we booked months beforehand . When we were there they eventually put us together at the bottom of a hill a long walk from the reception and one of the duplex wasn’t cleaned so not great they did move one of our accommodations but we were celebrating my brothers 50th and they said Expedia never let them know we wanted to have all 3 duplex’s together . However once we were home I raised this with Expedia and it was the accommodation they had the received the request months previous just didn’t act on it. My mums 74 and I told them this. They still didn’t move us .

Fabulous holiday location!

A lovely, family friendly holiday site. Very much set up with children in mind. The huge indoor playground was a favourite of my three year old and my older child loved the swimming pools - including the fast flowing water in one of the outdoor pools! We have stayed at several P&V sites across Normandy, this is definitely our favourite so far, the key difference was all of the extra facilities (including shop & restaurant) and activities! On one of the weekdays they held a kids party with bouncy castles, face painting and games which was really enjoyable! As my children aren’t french speakers we decided not to use the kids clubs but they looked very popular!! The only downside is that you do need to use the car if you plan to travel anywhere off site.

Beautiful and relaxing place. There were great facilities and surroundings and the property was very comfortable, clean and had good facilities. Would have been even better if gardens maintained and table mats and chopping board available! The one thing they could improve on was information for check in and out and also replacing things when asked

Very basic accommodation and small space to live in. No parking close by if you have suit case or elderly. Food at restaurant basic and over priced the same for the drinks. The accommodation is not the same as the pictures advertisement.

Worn down

The toilet seat was broken. Chairs ready to come apart. Lamps and shelves nearly falling off the wall. Zink at the bathroom drained VERY slowly. We had a terrace with no sun. Neither in the morning or afternoon. Not able to dry our towels. The electric rack for drying towels didn't work. The pool sometimes had a "film" on top of the water. We stayed 4 people for 6 nights and had one roll of toilet paper and one tiny piece of hand soap. Remember to bring shampoo and toilet paper.

Extremely worn down.

We were given a room with mildew and plenty of it. Our new room had radiotors that didnt work, same thung with their dishwasher, coffeemachine and porchlight. When pulling our suitcase from underneath the bed, it was extremely dirty. Swimmingpooltiles were unclean but the water was good. Plusside: lots if things to do. You het to practice French since very few of the staff speak any English

The place has been run down and did not march the photos posted online. We loved the location, but the place had not been maintained properly for a long time. The parent company is undergoing a turnaround and subsequent cost cuttings. However, the miserable state you find the buildinds and facilitets in scares the customers away. We do not intend to return or recommend this place to anyone. A bad reputation also costs a lot to repair.

Poor place. They gave wrong room type, I paid for apartment with double bed and there was not that. Aparment was very cold because somebody left door open and inside was same temperature like outside. Door was open because lock did not worked. Reception was closed and nobody answered to phone so there was not possible to get right apartment. Inside was also smell of urea.

Arrêt des animations le vendredi donc pas d'animation le week dommage !nous avons pris un cottage premium pensant avoir une gamme au dessus de tout les autres que nous avons eu précédement mais nous n'avons pas vu la différence mise à part un frigo un peu plus grand.Concernant la propreté en ouvrant sous l'évier pour mettre en place le sac poubelle nous sommes tombés sur un tas de déchets des anciens voyageurs entassé derrière le système de poubelle pot de glace sachet de salade barquette de viande sachet de chips et j'en passe que nous avons ramassé et jeter bien-sûr pour éviter une invasion de fourmis comme nous avons déjà eu le droit précédemment ,donc aucun contrôle propreté des meubles poubelle sous l'évier.un rafraîchissement de la salle de bain ne serait pas du luxe .Les points positifs les animateurs au top et la piscine comme d'hab top!Petit déjeuner pris au garden club décevant très peu de choix par rapport aux autres fois payer pour 3 adultes 2 enfants pour manger un morceau de pain avec du beurre et du bacon et boire un café et du jus de pomme c'est clairement excessivement cher .

L'endroit est calme et reposant. Cependant les logements ont vraiment besoin d'un rafraîchissement. La piscine est correcte et le sauna au top. Le restaurant est très bien aussi,du petit-déjeuner au dîner.

nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'emplacement du Village Pierre et vacances est bien placé avec une équipe accueillante et activités possibles sur place. DOMMAGE que l'espace cuisine est vraiment petit pour passé une quinzaine de jours. J'ai regretté le peu de vaisselle, pas de grill-pain, assiette ébréché... à l'étage dans la salle de bain, le sèche serviette à côté du WC, c'est pas top et surtout qu'il est taché !!! je termine en soulignat que le parc est très agréable bien cordialement

Meget potentiale, mangler kærlighed.

En bedre rengøring af vægge på værelserne. Der var mærker af folk der tidligere havdet smækket insekter på loft og vægge. Vi fandt desværre kakkelakker på værelset Skruer faldt ud af vores seng. Der var ingen bestik i boligen, kun alt andet. Reparation af brusere i vandland. Evt. nye brusehoveder eller bænke inde i de rum man skifter tøj. Mit tøj blev helt vådt da jeg ikke kunne ligge mit tørre tøj andre steder end på gulvet. Hvis der var brugt lidt mere ris på dette ville stedet være fantastisk.

Vraiment un bel endroit reposant. Les appartements sont assez grands. Dommage que les enfants n'aient pas leur chambre. La salle de bain est petit, ce qui n'est pas forcément un problème. Par contre, la robinetterie est obsolète. Prendre une douche sans que la pomme de douche soit bloquée et avec un tout petit pare-eau, c'est impossible. Il faudrait améliorer ce point là.

Beau complexe

Beau complexe, appartement pratique et confortable par contre odeur de tabac froid et dans les toilettes odeur d’urines seul bémol à notre séjour. Superbe air de jeux couverte et espace aquatique très agréable surtout avec des enfants!

En blandet oplevelse

Stedet er meget slidt, hvilket er en skam, for det er nogle rigtigt hyggelige rammer, og det er fedt med de forskellige aktiviteter. Stedet trænger til at blive malet, og en del ting rundt omkring bør repareres både i lejlighederne og ved aktiviteterne. Beliggenheden er rigtigt fin, og et fint udgangspunkt for et besøg til f.eks. Omaha Beach og Caen.
