Disappointing

The hotel is old, the facilities haven’t been maintained since the last 20 years, the staff is exhausted, made of extras, and have no means to provide a professional service for the customers.

Don’t. Just… don’t.

No wifi in the bedroom. No room service. Not allowed to bring food into the hotel even though there’s no room service. No changing table anywhere for a baby. Juice machines at breakfast broken. Rude staff. Not able to put drinks from the bar onto your room.

The first room we got assigned had no towels, a dirty shower and missed pillow cases. The reception said that housekeeping couldn’t come back to clean and we were assigned another room. It appeared that it was cleaned but the airconditioning wasn’t working in this room. This property is old, not maintained (leaking air conditioning in the hallways) or cleaned (dirty carpets) . Staff didn’t even care when I told them I had a terrible stay upon check out. They just smiled. When paying 300 Euros a night I do expect more!

De kamer was schoon en het personeel vriendelijk. Maar daar heb je dan alles mee gezegd. Vergane glorie, oud en niet veel achterstallig onderhoud, of geen onderhoud. Douchen in bad maar zonder scherm of douchegordijn. De hele badkamer zeiknat. Laminaatvloer had geen plint dus ondervloer zichtbaar. Lades van kastjes los en/of scheef. Weinig levendigheid in en rondom hotel. Zo ontzettend zonde. Is ooit echt wel redelijk goed hotel geweest. Kunstgras om het zwembad schots en scheef. Je kunt aan alles zien dat er minimaal aan personeel en onderhoud is.

Très bel hôtel. Nous avons avons passé un excellent séjour. Durant la canicule nous avons beaucoup apprécié les piscines ainsi que la climatisation dans la chambre. Nous avons cependant trouvé qu'il manquait un peu de personnel à la réception et pour faire les chambres. Notre chambre n'était pas prête à 17h comme promis. Il est vraiment dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu de climatisation dans la salle du restaurant.

Petit déjeuner très sobre des toiles d araignée dans la chambre et l évier de la salle de bain bouché IMPORTANT On a des bracelets pour accéder à la piscine mais personne de l hôtel vérifie !!!!!! Ce qui fait qu il y à beaucoup de personnes extérieures qui viennent envahir les transats Vous pourriez faire une petite ronde pour voir ça de temps en temps Merci

Chambre très spacieuse, la télé ne fonctionne pas et gros problème au petit-déjeuner à 9h30, il n’y avait pratiquement plus rien à manger. Plusieurs clients présents se plaignaient déjà de la situation. Nous avons finalement dû repartir, avec un remboursement qui devrait arriver plus tard. Il est très surprenant et franchement inacceptable pour un hôtel 3* de devoir inscrire les coordonnées de sa carte bancaire sur un simple papier. L’absence totale de responsable sur place, même un dimanche, pour gérer ce type de problème et effectuer un remboursement immédiat est incompréhensible. Une expérience vraiment décevante.
