Upon arrival, the receptionist informed us that having four people in a double room was not allowed. I calmly explained that we had never encountered this policy before and asked why we would need to pay for an extra bed, especially since our baby doesn’t even use one. "A lot of noise from the road . The window didn’t open or close properly. Air con not switched on yet ( waiting for summer ) and the code door lock was very temperamental and took many attempts to open . Breakfast is very basic . A lot of noise late at night from the airport. "
