Lovely place with the best view

We had a lovely holiday in Saint-Florent and the view from the balcony is stunning. In the evening you see the sun going down in front of you and in the morning the yachts leaving the harbour. Our 5 year old daughter loved the place although it is across 3 levels. Everything was as on the pictures and working well. Each level has its own air-conditioning so you can decide to have it warmer or colder. The location is right at the Place Doria and everything (bar, restaurants, shop etc.) is within immediate walking distance. We would come here again esp. as Paul was a really nice host.

Perfect charming base for exploring North Corsica.

Visited for a week from California with road bike. Host Paul could not have been more engaging, kind and meticulous. The ancient house overlooks the Med, with wonderful light throughout and a magnificent covered balcony. Kitchen very well equipped. Bed very comfortable. Walk 1-2 minutes to fresh grocery, cafes, and fine dining. Walk 5 minutes to fast ferry to exotic tremendous Saliccia Beach (30 min ride). Take in ancient Corsican music in the 1200s cathedral a short walk away. Easy 30-min drive to Bastia airport and ferry. Highly recommended.

situation de l'appartement et orientation de la terrasse idéales

Cet appartement est trÚs bien placé dans St Florent, c'est un excellent point de chute pour visiter le Cap Corse, le désert des Agriates et l'arriÚre pays. Son trÚs sympathique propriétaire a pu nous donner les bonnes adresses de restaurants (à écouter). Enfin malgré les fortes chaleurs, nous avons pu profiter à toute heure de sa trÚs belle terrasse et surtout de sa fabuleuse vue !

Landestypische Ferienwohnung mit sehr schöner Aussicht auf das Meer

Die Wohnung ist hervorragend gelegen, die Terrasse bietet einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Dusche ist ziemlich klein - soll aber demnĂ€chst vergrössert werden. Der EigentĂŒmer war sehr zuvorkommend (frĂŒhes Einchecken und spĂ€tes Auschecken war kein Problem!). Wir kommen gerne wieder!

TrĂšs belle location que cette maison. Paulo est un hĂŽte charmant et accueillant qui a le dĂ©sir de faciliter le sĂ©jour et le rendre le plus agrĂ©able possible. Maison trÚs bien située à St Florent

Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© cette maison qui est situĂ©e Ă  quelques pas de tout, Ă©piceries, restaurants, boutiques et du magnifique port. Monsieur Paul nous a bien accueilli et nous a donnĂ© de bonnes suggestions. Assurez vous d’avoir vos servietttes de plage car il n’y en a pas Ă  la maison! Notre sĂ©jour fut fort agrĂ©able et nous recommandons cette maison dans ce beau village de St Florent.

Altes Steinhaus, sehr schöne Lage direkt am Meer, Terrasse mit Meerblick und in der Altstadt St. Florent - alles fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Teilweise sehr rustikal ausgestattet. Die Dusche könnte grĂ¶ĂŸer sein.

maison idéalement placée au pied de la citadelle de Saint florent

Nous Ă©tions une famille de 5 personnes et avons pu profiter de la vie du village de St Florent ainsi que de sorties en bateau pour aller aux plages du Lotu et de Saleccia Mais il est Ă©galement possible de partir Ă  la decouvert du Sentier du littoral , au bord du dĂ©sert des Agriates Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ©s le calme, la proximitĂ© des commerces, la vue sur le dĂ©sert des Agriates, avec comme point de vue au lointain la Tour Mortella et le sĂ©maphore Merci Ă  Paul, le propriĂ©taire , pour son accueil et ses bons conseils de dĂ©couvertes culinaires ! Car Ă  St Florent , la pĂȘche est au cƓur du village et se fut un pur bonheur que de decouvrir la pĂȘche et cuisine de Damien Muller !

Calme et magnifique !

Appartement trÚs agréable, à recommander ! Situé dans la Vieille Ville, à 2 minutes à pied des épiceries, restaurants, boutiques et du Port, tout en étant au calme. Jolie terrasse surplombant la mer, ombragée en journée et au soleil couchant le soir. Murs épais, conservant une agréable fraßcheur ! Nous étions 5, dont 3 ados (le WI-FI fonctionne à merveille !) ... bien assez de place et bonne literie. Merci Polo pour l'accueil chaleureux, les conseils et les bonnes petites adresses ! La plus belle vue de Saint Florent!

Un trÚs beau séjour, on reviendra ! Tout y est : une maison trÚs agréable, tout confort pour 7. Tout à pieds, le centre, le port, la plage... Une maison calme bien qu'idéalement située en plein coeur du village. Une situation parfaite, que vous souhaitiez rayonner sur la haute corse ou vous passer totalement de véhicule. Une terrasse magnifique avec une vue imprenable pour des couchers de soleil somptueux sur l'entrée du golfe et les Agriates. Un accÚs à la mer au pied de la maison sous les remparts de la citadelle. Un propriétaire charmant qui vous conseillera à bon escient. En résumé : Nous reviendrons et conseillons cette location.

avons passe 2semaines dans ce petit paradis tres bien équipé vue magnifique coucher de soleil splandide et POLO qui veille sur votre bien etre et vous donne quelques bonnes adresses merci POLO petit bemole je marche obligatoirement avec une canne et les escaliers ont été un peu dures avec mes genoux abimes allez y avant d avoir de l arthrose
