Grande maison de caractère de 166 m2 avec une cour close, bien aménagée au calme sans vis-à-vis comprenant un espace repas, un barbecue, une table de ping-pong, un espace spécifique "enfants". Le gîte accepte les animaux.
Au rez-de-chaussée, une cuisine aménagée communique avec un grand salon ; une grande salle à manger ; 2 salles de douche dont une avec toilette et la chambre Savane.

A l'étage, l'espace nuit se compose de 4 belles chambres et un point d'eau avec lavabo et wc et un coin lecture et un espace bureautique dédié au travail si besoin.

Idéalement située sur la commune de Saint-Aignan, elle se trouve à proximité des commerces, le zoo de Beauval est à 2.5 km seulement.
Les châteaux de la Loire sont à proximité dans un rayon de 30 à 45 minutes (Cheverny, Chenonceau, Chambord).
Possibilité d'activités nautiques sur le Cher, une piscine sur la commune vous attendent également.
L'attractivité de la région Centre Val de Loire peut vous mener vers les caves troglodytiques, découvrir le vin local.
