"We had a wonderful stay. The local town is beautiful and incredibly peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. We ate at two restaurants in the village, both of which served excellent food and were very welcoming. The nearby zoo was magnificent, and seeing the pandas was a real highlight. The house itself was spotless and exactly as shown in the photos, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and courteous, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. "My stay as a solo traveler here was so great! The location is perfect, next to a castle overlooking the Loire River! It's right next to a pedestrian area of restaurants and shopping and it's very safe. I walked to and from the train station, about 15-20 minutes, met a tour group nearby at the tourism office, all easily accessible. The hotel staff are excellent, so helpful and nice. The room was comfortable and clean with a view! The breakfast was exceptional, various locally sourced items, very delicious. Hope to return one day, merci!"
