"Staff was very helpful during check-in,especially since we needed to use a kiosk. Staff also helped us order taxis. Room was pretty good size for Japan properties. There was no closet but there were hooks and hangers available. I don't like the maids to come in daily so it was good that we could exchange towels by placing a basket with the towels in the morning. Upon our return from outings, the basket would be filled with clean towels, wrapped in a plastic bag."

"This property was a treat to stay in, especially for the price. The traditional futons made for a quiet, relaxing evening before a busy day of touring Fujiyoshida. I was a huge fan of the wood floor bathroom and wooden bathtub as well. I would recommend spring or summer stays, as the traditional construction means it will be quite cold in the winter, but it was a lovely stay and I would recommend this to anyone visiting Mt. Fuji."

"We absolutely loved our stay here! The villas are beautiful and the rooftop view didn’t disappoint! We even took advantage of the BBQ rental one night. It’s better to have a car if you stay here, but we didn’t and made out fine. The property offers a shuttle service which we used several times, and we took taxis a couple of other times. There is an onsen nearby which we enjoyed one night too! Highly recommend this property. It was a highlight of our trip to Japan."
