"We loved this studio. It was quiet and within easy access of the bay. The studio was roomy, clean, and beautifully decorated. It was easy to find and parking was an ease! The lanai was wonderful to sit out on, enjoy the birds and wonderful yard. "

"Well, its not a direct "Ocean view", but its there. And you can walk across the road and see it. Room was light and airy, and the kitchen well equipped. Room picture is dead accurate, comfortable bed too. Entry is by combination lock - so you can't lose your keys. No elevator to this third floor apartment, so won't suit older legs. Air conditioner was on a goofy timeswitch, so you couldn't run it all night without getting up. "

"The view was amazing and the condo had a large lanai with comfortable furniture to enjoy it. Everything was clean, and well stocked, including the kitchen for cooking meals. The building itself is a bit dated, but the condo was comfortable and the bedding, towels, etc. all felt fairly new. There was no AC, but the fans helped keep the temperature comfortable. "

"We had a great time celebrating our 40th anniversary with our children and grandchildren. We had a group of twelve. The house had great views, plenty of bedrooms, a fun pool and spa and even beach chairs and toys the kids enjoyed. The neighborhood was quiet and easy parking in driveway and street. The location was awesome as we enjoyed activities nearby as well as driving north, south, to Hilo and Volcano’s National Park. The air conditioning in the bedrooms and breeze on the lanai were great. It was very nice having plenty of bathroom and beach towels and shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathroom. There were plenty of garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper and dishwasher soap. "

"Fantastic stay! Would stay again. Absolutely loved the venue. The one thing I wish would’ve been different, is the quality of the air conditioner. While there is an AC unit in every room, it still was fairly hot. Manageable but not as cool as we would’ve liked. Other than that super happy with our stay! We had a fantastic time. "
