"The property itself was fine. I didnt like that they left opened condiments and a water bottle in the refrigerator. Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. My plane changed after booking so I had to extend my time with a late checkout, which I paid almost a whole day for to check out at 5 pm instead of 10 am. However, the entry code did not recognize my code after 10 am. I tried contacting the...

"This was the perfect stay! The house is very nice and well kept, in a gated community, and has a great bathroom. It is perfect for a couples getaway. The host was very active and sent multiple ideas on things to do. Also checked with a news channel to keep an eye on possible bad weather. We will be back and checking with Avi on availability! "I have to say I was a little worried about staying here reading some of the posts. The lady at the gate was super nice and welcoming. The host was super friendly and the check in was a breeze. Now onto the house! The view and layout of the house was amazing. The kids loved the pool and fish ponds. The master bed toilet is a little funky and doesn’t work perfect but still worked. I guess the downside to the house is once your in it you really don’t want to go to the beaches haha "

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Hawaii and would highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and well-located place to stay. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to Kona for dining, shopping, and exploring. The house itself is spacious and very well-stocked, with plenty of room and little nooks for everyone to spread out and relax.One of our favorite features was the stunning pool at the front of the house. It was a perfect place to unwind with a view of the ocean—truly serene. Diane greeted us upon arrival and gave us a helpful tour of the property, and Michael was quick to respond when we had a minor issue with a ceiling fan. The overall hospitality was appreciated and made for a smooth stay.A few things to note: Hawaii can get humid, and while the home has fans in every room, there’s no AC, so it did get warm at times. Diane lives in a connected part of the house, though we didn’t see her after check-in. The booking process involved several emails and a Docusign contract, which felt more formal than other rentals we’ve used. There are security cameras on the driveway and in the backyard facing part of the pool/hot tub—views are partially obstructed but worth noting.Overall, this is a beautiful, peaceful property in a great location with excellent hospitality. We really enjoyed our time here!"
