"Limpieza excelente. Atención del personal excelente . Personal amable, responsable. Olvidé mi teléfono. En la zona cercana al comedor; pasaron algunos minutos, pude recogerlo de donde la había colocado. Cómo Enfermera pensionada. Me preocupa. El baño cuando uno se baña , el jabón y otros que usa el piso se pone muy resbaladizo. A mí me ocurrió puse un paño y asunto resuelto. Las personas mayores. Somos muy frágiles y casi siempre cualquier caída. Nos ocasionamos Fracturas en cadera , miembros inferiores o superiores. Ustedes solicitan 25 caracteres."

"This was a short stay that didn’t start well, we booked this hotel because we had a quick overnight before continuing , and it was disappointing that the airport shuttle service was not well coordinated. It was not easy to find the lick-up location but once there, we ended up having to call the hotel after waiting more than 20 minutes. Whoever answered basically blamed us for not being visible to the driver (we were standing right in front of the sign) so he left. Once we arrived at the hotel, all was as expected- clean, friendly staff and good breakfast"

"We arrived into SJO at 10pm, their 24 hour free shuttle was super easy to catch just after exiting customs. The bed was very comfortable and had amazing pillows. The partnership with Alamo Rental Cars was great as the next morning our car rental was dropped off to us. We’ll stay here again on our way out of the country as they have an easy drop-off for the keys of the rental. For anyone flying into San Jose, I would 100% recommend this location for your first night. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast included was pretty good. Thank you!"
