"Beware: We booked a double room which clearly says air conditioning in the description but when we entered the room there was no air conditioning. When we asked the staff, they just gave us another room. If there was no availability we could have been stuck in a room that has no air conditioning. Also the rooms were above a common area where people were eating and drinking late at night so we didn’t a restful stay. Otherwise it’s a great place for the money and free airport transfer is great. "We stayed here 2 weeks after the Massive earthquake had hit and caused a lttile damage to the property. There was constant Repair work happening the whole time we were there so constant noise from the Machines and the Workmen there. But the staff were very nice. Very helpful, very friendly and considering what they had to go through 2 weeks previous I can't complain too much about the noise and repair works. "Great location for a true Marrakech experience. Close to the main square and the many restaurants and stalls in Medina. The staff were fantastic. They were very helpful explaining how to navigate prices in the market. They even said to call them if we got lost and they would come and get us. The dinner the first evening was delicious and the service was great. The room was comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend staying there if you visit Marrakesh. "
