"Such an amazing Riad with an incredible staff! Thank you so much for the hospitality and attention to care. This Riad is located at the center for Medina and is so perfectly located to everything you need. The souks, the sites seeing places, all the amazing restaurants. It’s truly a hidden gem.
The rooms are so comfortable and clean. The cleaning service is so quick and efficient. Every time we left in the morning and came back in the afternoon it was complete.

"All staff were very friendly in Palais Moulay and always willing to help us with things such as: carrying our heavy bags & suitcases. Breakfast had a good selection. The riad was very clean and pretty - everything was maintained very well in terms of cleanliness. Our favourite member of staff was Nazih! He would always stop by to have nice chats with us during breakfast, ask how our morning has been etc and he was always there if we needed anything. The only complaint I would have is there is no bidet, full length mirror or any shelves in the shower for toiletries. "

"The Riad is beautiful! I was welcomed by snack and tea. The room was very luxurious Moroccan. The breakfast was also tasty with substantial amount, including homemade yoghurt! They were kind to serve the breakfast early on my check out day so I could enjoy before my early tour. Only suggestion was to make the air conditioner cooler. Not a problem since it was already autumn while I was there but maybe warm for summer. "
