"First, I booked a room with a queen bed but upon check in it was two single beds. I only knew when entering the room and then I responded to the reception to be explained because there is no room. I should have been informed at check-in. Second, everything is pretty clean except that the toilet gets clogged. Third, breakfast is very skimpy and food is not kept warm.
