Staff and owners are friendly and attentive. Food is delicious. I didn’t want to leave. You stay in a traditional bamboo/mud small house, but very luxurious with a lovely view and the bathroom is picture worthy. Don’t miss if you visit Sapa. They will arrange day trips- we went to Bac Ha market for the day and just the drive through the mountains is worth it. The market is sprawling and fun. We went on trek by ourselves to local villages and like that very much. Very easy to access. "
