"Room was basic but clean. Small bed ( but comfy ) small bathroom and shower ( though did the truck ! I can image a bigger person struggling ) Only issue was the ants ! Seemed to appear from nowhere in the dozen, but of course, it is located in the mountains. Cold cuts, juice and pastries for breakfast so don’t expect fancy. Was sufficient enough :) lovely staff and a beautifully clean environment with gorgeous surroundings all around"

"A really lovely hotel in a great location close to the beach front. The pool/spa area is without doubt the best feature of this hotel. The room was nice but quite small with little storage. We also had a few issues with out air con which were addressed quickly but the air con was never cool enough."

"Everything was amazing the only flaw was the bed. A bit uncomfortable. Also, I forgot the housekeepers name but she is the sweetest person. I was on the 5th floor. Be kind to her. She was the highlight of my stay."

"Wonderful hotel facilities and staff super for families Two things of note 1) Drinks do not come with bottled soda eg Coke Sprite. They come ready mixed which is disappointing. We were not all inclusive but I guess this saves hotel money 2) Hotel states free parking. Bit ambiguous as you have to park on roads around the hotel where available"

"The room, kitchen and toilet were all clean and as advertised. The a/c and TV worked. Space for a couple and two young children. The pool was lovely, plenty of loungers. Bar and food fine. Plenty of parking. It is c.800m from the busy beach area, but lovely and quiet at night."

"My wife and I cannot recommend this resort enough. The views from the room are incredible, and the staff is excellent. They will park your car for you if you bring a rental car which is nice, and the nightly entertainment is a great bonus we didn’t know we were getting. The rooms were updated and very clean. The morning breakfast has a lot of options. Great resort!"

PortBlue Club Pollentia Resort

"Nice surroundings with uninterrupted views to the distant mountains which gave a picturesque sunset backdrop at night. We stayed in Vesta rooms which were spacious and close to the main areas of the pool, reception, spa, and dining rooms. Our kids are 16 and 14 and we were fine using the adult pool which was the best option as it was a good size and normal depth. The main pool was a bit disappointing being a bit small and shallow throughout. We also used the adult dining room and bar which avoided the queues and noise of the main dining room. The food option for breakfast was fairly standard but ok. Dinner was a bit limited and repetitive. The hotel tried a few theme nights but the offer was limited and ran out quickly. Our daughter is vegetarian and there was very little choice throughout our stay that suited her. We were all inclusive and thought the best food option was the lunch restaurant by the pool, which had a good selection. Food was made to order and delivered by waiting staff. Although some options had an extra charge. The hotel is fairly isolated although there’s a good bus service to both Pollenca and Alcúdia beach which also stops at the old towns. Overall a very nice hotel with good facilities with welcoming and helpful staff."
