"This hotel is nothing short of excellent. It was very affordable. Our room was huge and the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The whole hotel was beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and so helpful with everything. We were not far from restaurants, shopping and a mini mart. I’d come back to Quito just to stay here."

"The area is unsafe. The property owner gave me room key but not the key for the front gate. So in and out of hotel, I need to ring the doorbell. If he is not in, I can’t get in."

The hotel staff is very attentive and helped us coordinate transfers to and from the airport, as well as helping us with tours of both Quito's historic center and an excursion to one of the volcanoes.
