"The host was really nice and friendly however the property in itself was a big let down. The shower was broken and was clogged the fist bath and the bathroom was prone to flooding. The building is very poorly build and have very thin walls . You can hear the neighbours very loudly and the kids struggled to sleep at night. If the main door of the building closes, you can hear and feel the vibrations on the 3rd floor and the main door shakes. The hair dryer attached to the power was non...

"All inclusive concept applied to certain drinks and the collection menu at à la carte restaurant was not complimentary, the staff did not tell me about it but I enjoyed the food there. The staff was friendly. They have no shower rooms at check out but the reception offered to other location to the spa for shower and change. Over all I enjoyed my stay given some of the aspects of my stay could have been better"

"Lovely location and nice breakfast. As a corporate hotel it was missing a few of the more considerate gestures. We were only allowed one coffee pod on arrival. No fresh milk provided. Room seemed a little sparse. No air con in the reception which felt very muggy in 80% humidity."

"We were reading reviews and were worry but it’s absolutely different experience! We skied for upgrade and for 60 eur per night we got a big room with terrace and separate bathroom. Territory is clean,we liked the idea that it is all separate little houses with few room ,not one big hotel. Breakfast was really good,a lot of variety for 3 stars,some people forgot its not 5 stars :) Pool is nice,we don’t get to earlier so no issue with opening time,see is in 10 minutes walk and it is so warm! The only thing,we’ve need prominsed coffee machine and robes with water every day and we didn’t get it,we reminded a few times and just tired in the end. But we absolutely enjoyed our stay and had a great time!"
