Found all areas clean. Staff very welcoming however on leaving we were advised a courtesy room would be available as we were not leaving until 1630 hours. We did ask if this needed to be booked but advised no. When approached reception to check use of courtesy room advised not available and could use shower in lower area where toilets were. This was just a shower no hairdryer and actual changing facilities. We had to approach spa to see if we could use facilities in there. As hotel is due to close this coming weekend could not understand why a room was not available. If we had known no courtesy room available we would have planned our day differently

Nice and quite place

The most gorgeous, beautiful and friendly place to stay. Rooms, breakfast and staff all amazing

Loved this place for the views and the pool. Staff was kind. Food was an abomination but the drinks were on point. Really no water available which was weird. Also they covered their air conditioner vents with tape - we only discovered it after 2 hot nights. How cheap!! Removed them and was finally able to sleep in comfort.

The rooftop adults only pool was spectacular. Breathtaking. Staff up there were lovely. Rafael and Mariana were a true delight. I just had hummus and fries for lunch - both excellent. Skip any of the other clubs. And go to the rooftop at ME. The best.
