"We did not use any of the amenities or eat in the hotel as it was expensive. I was disgusted on arrival to our room to find a large clump of hair on the floor, a hair on the sink and hair on the carpet. It was very disappointing. The rooms are old and tired now. The bathrooms are old. Good shower. Lots of lovely big towels. Good mini bar and tea and coffee with plenty of milk. Noises air con"

"The room was lovely staff friendly but I was a bit confused as where to park car after parking in the first car park .a nice guy told us further down car park was ours . Once parked we proceeded up the stairs as there is no lift.i had an operation at pacific private hospital which was supper close very handy. A lift would be fantastic . The room was the three bedroom apartment up the top. It was beautiful very clean very stilish and comfortable my daughter and the kids loved it and the showers amazing aircon in every room unfortunately my aircon remote didn’t work maybe needed new batteries in it .the pool was clean my grand kids had a swim even though it was cold . All in all it was a comfortable and enjoyable I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it great hotel . Thankyou"

"We had such a wonderful stay! All of the staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to look after us, especially our elderly mother. When her feet became swollen, the staff kindly went out of their way to bring her an ice pack and make sure she was comfortable. That really meant a lot to our family. ❤️ The hotel had such a warm, family-oriented feel, and the staff made us feel so welcome and cared for throughout our stay. Not to mention the beautiful views! It was so peaceful and quiet, which made our stay even more relaxing. The restaurant was also amazing, with great food and service. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special. We truly appreciated everything you did for us. We will definitely be coming back again! ❤️"

"Travelled down to the coast to see a show. Arrived late afternoon for one night stay..so just needed bed for the night. Room was clean, quiet and beds comfortable. On site cafe was good for coffee and a croissant before we were on our way. Being a weekend .. free roadside parking was a bonus"
