"Quirky, non corporate joy. Like a breath of fresh air, they do things their way. Real people, not the identical robots normally churned out by capitalism.
I loved it! Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was great value. Great staff"

"Great stay, perfect location being minutes from train station, (exit station and walk straight up the incline). Bus station round the corner. Right next to Christmas markets, peace gardens and botanical gardens (use entrance at the side of reception). Room great and bed very comfy and room quiet, only crtisim was the separate toilet with no sink or ventilation. Breakfast and food good."
"My room spotless the attention to detail, the friendliest staff a real passion to serve and chat, nothing was to much trouble, my heart has to say breakfast team was the winners hands down, the cleaner went above and beyond also which topped everything reception called lots for various help and they found a solution"
"Room waa spotlessly clean. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff seemed understaffed but still managed to be efficient, friendly and polite. Great location"
