"Review should realistically be between average and good. Staff were great and very friendly/helpful. It was good for the price. Room is clean but the bed mattress was so uncomfortable. Noisy as God knows what was going on in the alley my room backed onto. Breakfast was great. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Royal Victoria Sheffield by IHG. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Our room was immaculate, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet, well-maintained environment.
Breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of hot and cold options, all presented with care and freshness. The hotel’s facilities were excellent and convenient for exploring Sheffield and the surrounding area.
Overall, the exceptional service, spotless rooms, and great amenities made our stay truly enjoyable. We highly recommend Crowne Plaza Royal Victoria Sheffield and look forward to returning on our next visit to the city."
