Spacious room. Good solid breakfast with fantastic views. Very handy location with lots of attractions, restaurants, supermarkets and public transport nearby.
The staff (especially the housekeeping staff) were very friendly.
I will stay here again on future visits to Chicago.

Total package from room, hospitality, doormen to bar staff especially memorable was Wai who worked in 2nd floor bar area, views from room were spectacular and 5 stars for cleanliness of room and property. We will be back !

Staying at the Aloft is very central and walkable to most things. With concrete walls the rooms are quite as we didnt hear anything from next door. Close to shopping and dining options. Walkable to Mag mile and Navy Pier. We caught the train from the airport with a short walk to the hotel without changes from train to bus.

The room was big, enough to fit 4 luggages. Location is fantastic, walkable to a lot of food and shopping places. The best thing was, there was a kettle in the room😂 I like to make my own tea and coffee etc The two previous hotels we stayed at during the same holiday did not have one. Price was affordable too, at time of stay. Will definitely recommend this hotel.
