"The whole trip was great experience for a two night package to see Ha Long Bay. The Cruise ship was well appointed and a great base to see the UNECO Heritage site. A few small concerns: the beaches we visited had a lot of rubbish, all boats/ships should invite customers to pick-up the rubbish to help preserve this special environment. Also the ship should have videos and other media which better present the site and environmental goals etc., as this was poring covered by staff."

The next night we tried the ala la carte menu at a different restaurant. Both the times we found the food a bit bland but that’s probably because we are used to having spicier food on a daily basis. We took a day ferry from the hotel and all the arrangements were done very well from booking to car transfer to the boat, etc. The service by everyone was excellent! Will definitely return to this resort if I visit Ha Long again."
