"Visited for a work trip at the NEC. Convenient walking distance to the NEC and resorts world. Restaurants, breakfast and gym and spa were lovely and clean and the rooms were nice too. Nothing bad to say really! Would stay again!"

"Hotel is very convenient, 15 minute train journey to the centre of Birmingham, and right on the doorstep of the airport. I had food in their sister hotel next door (Novotel) and it was really good. Room was spacious and had everything needed for a short stay. Staff were very welcoming. Well done !!"

"Beautiful building, but inside the hotel rooms could do with bringing it up to our century. The tv is so far away from the bed, you can order room service , by using the QR code, but once you’ve checked the menu out, you then have to ring a telephone number to place your order, there is also a charge of £5 per tray . Breakfast plenty to choose from, but the hot food was not hot it was cold Wouldn’t stay there again ."

"The breakfasts were fine, not exceptional but aboce average. The staff were all really good and went out of their way to be helpful. The bar was well stocked and one barman in particular was very good. The room was well equipped and spotless, the bed was comfortable. "
