"Only a few little things There was no menu in our room or how to order for room service . Room was a little on the small side but clean We only had on set of towels and there was two of us Staff where friendly and polite There was some grout missing the bathroom and a little paint on the door would I understand it sounds petty but little things can make all the difference "

"Room had an ensuite which did not have a door and was open to the bedroom, therefore the shower was at the head of the bed and worse still the toilet was just in one corner of the room. Went to reception and was told that was what I had booked and therefore there was nothing that they would do about it as I booked via Expedia and not directly with themselves. I won't be using Hilton again!!"
