"Good "

"The hotel was in a good location just 15 minutes from the centre of Cambridge. Check in was efficient and very informative. The food in the bar/restaurant was really good and they had a wide range of options on the kids menu. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was lovely to see the manager helping its staff in busy periods. There was ample parking. We stayed in a penthouse suite which was very spacious and had a bath with jets which was a nice touch, it also had an inclusive minibar again another perk. The room was a little dusty but the cleaning staff were very receptive in rectifying this. The pool was a good size and clean. The hotel was family friendly as we stayed with our 3 and 1 year olds. Would definitely go back for another stay. "

"I came into Stanstead on a delayed flight late at night so booked a room ast the Novotel and stayed there before heading into London on the train in the morning. The room was perfect, good size, comfy bed and clean. Breakfast was great and an bargain and they offer a half hourly shuttle back to the airport. It was exactly what I needed!"

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was varied and included hot dishes. The property itself was basic and clean but the floor had quite a musty smell. Overall good value and good experience for an airport hotel."

Wasn't expecting much with it being a one night airport stopover, but the basic double room was clean and modern, the bed was super comfy, and the air-conditioning actually worked really well and cooled the whole room nicely. William at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Overall a great night."
