"We were extremely happy with this house and host. We were in town for a wedding, and the location was convenient to all the places we needed to go that week - Pasadena, Disneyland, Venice Beach. The area was super walkable, with many restaurants and shops close by and friendly neighbors. A huge plus for our adult family group of 9 was that all 3 bathrooms were separate from bedrooms, so easy to share them. Beds were comfortable. The house was large, very clean, and exceptionally well-supplied, far beyond just "starter" quantities. There was even a welcome gift! The backyard was fabulous for outdoor meals and hanging out, such a peaceful environment, with views of the hills. Our sons also loved the hot tub. The host was easy to contact and communicate with, and highly responsive when a minor issue came up on our last night. She handled it quickly and completely. I would recommend this house and host without hesitation."

"Room in friendly couple's house. The bed was comfortable and the hospitality great. The exterior had construction in progress (new ADU being built), but not on the days I was there. Room had it's own bathroom and the neighborhood was nice and convenient to parks and stores. Ave. cleanliness--not great (bathroom), but not bad. Reasonable, modest accommodations. Easy parking."
