"It's not all the way clean moved the bed a little and there was old chips and a roach came out of the bed. Ventilation in the restroom didn't work made the floors more wet than they should of been "

"Upon arriving the hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly, check in was smooth and easy, and my room was fantastic. Even though I came down for surgery at City of Hope, I was able to unwind and enjoy the hotel. then when my surgery was moved later that day, the staff was very accommodating and allowed me to checkout late, I usually stay at Hilton brand but over the years the service had declined, and parking was bad and the staff tried but it wasn't what my wife and I was used to. The staff at Double Tree tried and for that i applaud them but our business is now all Courtyard by Marriott. excellent service."
