"The staff were very nice and the main areas were clean. Our room could have been cleaner as there was dust on the furnishings and under the desk. The refrigerator would tilt when opened. "

"Safe location especially for families. We loved the amount of space in the room. It was clean but not overly clean you could tell where things didn’t get cleaned very often. Pictures showed that our shower would be a shower, no tub and we got the combo old version. No biggie until we turned the shower in and water continued to come from both the shower and faucet. The toilet was a nightmare. Every time you turned any water on the toilet would let out this high pitched noise for a while and god forbid you actually use the toilet. Then it would scream for 5 minutes. We left one day and came back late at night and toilet had decided to continuously run and scream. One fix was to turn the water off the other was to get the seal to work on the flap which eventually worked. The bed frame needed to either be bolted to the wall or a new one should’ve been installed because every time we moved it hit the wall you could even tell where they’d patched it before. The staff was friendly and efficient on check in. Easy check out process. Overall our stay was good, there were just somethings that could’ve been better. Beautiful scenery and lots of amenities too."
