We absolutely loved this area and can not wait to return. Ms. Debbie was available for any & all questions. This location is the most stocked with all sheets, towels, toiletries etc of all the rentals we have used. The nicest people in town!!

Hot Springs Spas

Great townhose on the lake. My girlfriend Loved the Spa and Bath. Homeplate has a great breakfast and the Ohio Club in Hot Springs is the BEST. Ask for Donna and Dave.

Relaxing!!!!

Very nice property, great view of the lake, very nice people in Neighborhood. The geese and ducks are an added treat. Owner is very helpful and nice.

A little piece of heaven

The commuity is absolutely beautiful with walking trails, golf courses, restaurants and loads more. We only stayed a couple days, which wasn't enough time to see everything. We did get to relax and the accommodations were just perfect. The view of the lake was great and we sat out late at night and early in the morning. So quiet, beautiful and peaceful. Everyone was so pleasant. We love the area and the location.

Great view from the porch overlooking the lake. The added snacks and refreshments, including coffee was great. Size was adequate for two people. Coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave provided. Roku app on the television. Host was readily available and actually would provide a breakfast with advanced notice.

Cozy and sweet

I loved this place. Debbie is sweet. The apartment was very comfortable. The best sleep I had gotten in a while. Our dog play with the neighbor dogs in the lake. We were able to go on long walks on the trails that go through Hot Spring Village and everyone we passed was very kind. We were very happy here.

Exactly what I wanted

I wanted a Safe, Comfortable and Clean Home Base to have some fun in the area. Debbie took the guess work out of everything and made me feel like family staying. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Working vacation

Spent 1 week. Property was as described. Beautiful mornings looking out over the lake at the changing colors. Convenience to the golf courses was our reason for staying. The small fridge & microwave was all we needed as meals was supplied by golf tournament sponsors each night. Will stay again if invited back by sponsors.

A beautiful view and very nice property owner

My husband and I also our little furbaby Jingerbelle stayed here 4 nights! The bed was very comfortable. The view was beautiful! We had everything needed while staying. Mrs. Debbie is absolutely a wonderful person! She had chips and many different candies on the table when we arrived and we enjoyed them! The only complaint I had was the carpet needed cleaning. However it is pet friendly so that is expected sometime this with pets. I would suggest her replacing the carpet with flooring that could be cleaned easily by her and her guests.We will stay again if we are ever in the area.

Peaceful retreat

Everything was as advertised. Debbie is an amazing host! Couldn't have asked for better! Communication was easy and she went above and beyond with accommodations. We visited for a last minute weekend getaway and it was just what we needed. So peaceful and quiet yet not a bad drive at all to Hot Springs Bathhouse row. We ended up staying in Saturday night just to spend time together and forgot to bring cards or a game and even though Debbie didn't have any on hand at the moment.. she ended up getting some cards and brought them to us that night. So sweet!! When it comes to hosts.. we hit the jackpot with Debbie. Honestly. If you're looking for a quiet getaway with an amazing tranquil view and an even more amazing host...this is it!! We will be back again!!

Condo needs to be updated. We had to clean cat litter off bathroom floor. There are too many artificial flowers & plants that are extremely dusty. Air filter needs to be replaced & cleaned if dust. Yard needs to inspected & cleaned of broken glass & dog poop. Slope of yard is very steep & dangerous at night while bringing in suitcases. Bath tub needs grab bars. View is wonderful & owner very nice. Overall enjoyed stay.

Small place on the lake

The boys and I really enjoyed our stay. The view was perfect and relaxing. Fishing poles were provided, but we weren't lucky enough to catch any fish. Snacks, drinks, and bathroom toiletries were provided and we all enjoyed that! The place was very small, like a hotel suite, but was the perfect size for 3 of us. I did not get my email about check in, so I had to message the host upon arriving. She responded in a timely manner. The only negative was the bathroom was not clean. There was hair, gnats, and dust all over the counter and sink area and the edge of the tub. The tub also did not look to be scrubbed well. There was also dog hair on some of the extra sheets in the drawer for the pull-out couch. We did find a clean set though since several were there.

Veterans Day Getaway

My husband, our two dogs and I came to visit Hot Springs NP and visit the Ron Coleman Crystal Mine for my husband’s birthday. When we arrived, we were happily surprised to learn that our rental was located within Hot Springs Village, the largest gated community in the US! We are always cautious of where we choose to stay during our trips in this day and age. The village is beautiful, peaceful, and has a high sense of safety and security. Everyone we encountered was so kind! This rental has a beautiful view of one of the lakes so we enjoyed watching geese fly in during the evenings and fish jumping with our morning coffee. Our dogs especially loved the network of walking trails the village has to offer. Fall foliage was in full effect and gave us incredible views throughout our stay. We brought our camp stove and cooked breakfast each morning on the back porch to soak up every minute we could with that beautiful view. The space is cute and cozy. It’s a perfect little hideaway for a couple looking to get away. Debbie is a fantastic host and had everything set up for us from local travel information to toiletries to a plethora of sweet treats/snacks on the table. My husband very much appreciated the treats! To say we were comfortable would be an understatement, the vibe is welcoming with a hint of being home at your favorite grandma’s house— a feeling we so dearly miss being a military famiIy. If we ever find ourselves in Arkansas again, we hope to stay here with Debbie again!!
