"Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern und Hund in Parndorf. Der Check-in war unkompliziert. Das Haus ist riesig und lichtdurchflutet. Die Einrichtung ist freundlich und modern. Leider machte die Einrichtung und Ausstattung an einigen Stellen einen unfertigen Eindruck. Die Küchenausstattung war nicht auf die max. Personenzahl ausgerichtet, bietet aber insgesamt alles, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Das Geschirr und Kochutensilien waren teilweise dreckig, sodass wir täglich den Geschirrspüler...

"had a wonderful experience thanks to the receptionist, Richard. I arrived at the hotel earlier than expected, and he went out of his way to accommodate me by arranging a room right away. He was extremely professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. On top of that, Richard gave me excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area, which made my stay even better. His great customer service set the tone for a fantastic visit. Highly recommend!"

"The staff at Arcadia were very nice and helpful. The hotel was absolutely beautiful with large rooms. The breakfast was very tasty with many options and coffee bar was delicious. It is very walkable and there is a parking garage right across the street. Highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed. "
