"Our stay was wonderful from check in to check out! The waterpark is clean and filled with fun! The location was perfect for soaking in the beautiful views. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. It was a pleasure to experience the benefits of halving a great leader in charge, that trickles down to the newest employees dealing with customer service interactions and providing the upmost quality service possible! "The hotel was great but we stayed on the 3rd floor in room 315 and the whole hall way smelled of Marijuana. I know there is no smoking in the building so I’m not sure why that smell would not be recognized. It really made the stay unpleasant because there is nothing worse than having to smell that the whole stay at the hotel."

"The inn is old so know you are going to hear people above you and doors closing. Very creaky floors. The check-in was ok. The woman was very rude. Not friendly and more interested in reading her paper. The young ladies later on in the day were smiley and friendly. Late afternoon check-in was nice dealing with them. Breakfast was good the gentleman is there watching and replacing items. Great location. Beautiful gardens. We did not use the pool. But bc we were close by heard all the noise. I would recommend staying here but maybe on top floor and far away from pool. Great bike rentals across the street."
