"We booked this house largely becasue of the online photos of the pool and spa. we were not disappointed. The back yard and pool area is lovely. We didn't have time to use the pool table and ping pong table but that area was lovely as well. I think you may need to buy some ping pong balls. The home is starkly furnished, not a lot of extra rugs and pillows and decor, etc. But that makes keeping it clean easy. "This was the perfect setup for our family to spend the long weekend on the west coast visiting relatives and going to Disney. Location is easy to get to from major transportation areas, and you can't beat it for Disney park/Downtown Disney access."

"The house was very clean and in a great neighborhood. There was plenty of room for all of us who stayed there. The kids loved the game room, swimming pool, and hot tub. Everything worked great, and the kitchen had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed with Tim for 4 days while we visited family and went to Disneyland. The unit is in a cull-de-sac, has two bedroom and two baths and a semi-private back patio with table/chairs/umbrella and was very quiet. It is about 15 min from Disneyland-approx $15 rideshare. Was a lovely place to stay and Tim was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!!"

"When we arrived the house was clean and tidy, but unseasonably cold. Someone had turned the thermostat way down. We called the maintenance property manager and within an hour he delivered space heaters to make sure we were comfortable that night while waiting for the maintenance crew to repair the heat the next day. This immediately earned them a 5 star review. This attention to detail and responsiveness was exceptional. Thank you very much!"

"There were three of us and we had two bedrooms with plenty of room for each of us. One of us used the inflatable mattress, which was very nice. We went to the LA Natural History Museum, the California Science Center and the African American Museum. There was so much to see, we didn't get to a lot of them! We definitely need to go back to take everything in!"

"Replace head boards and foot boards. Remotes didn’t work for the Fan. I had to go downstairs to get batteries for the Roku remote. Nice size spiders came out in the bathroom. Shampoo and body wash pumps did not work. But I would stay again. Little fixes. "

"The apartment itself is clean if u drive and not to plan to walk around then it is good place. However instruction wasn’t great. My check-in time was 4:pm but i got message extra ly at 4 pm and saying that tell them 30 min before the arrival…… And no fork and spoon……………………. Other than that good place to stay"
