"We stay due to location but they take advantage of this - fairly poor service with little care, rooms are ok, food options poor and expensive, beds comfortable but the room mini bar is glass fronted and therefore shines light into the room all night "

The tech came but it was a bit of a ‘wait and see’ situation and by the time we got in after our night out, we were too tired to request changing rooms."

"Room had hair and pee in the bathroom I had to change rooms and purchase my own small bottle of bleach and clean the room myself. No blanket on the bed. The blanket that was is the room was covered in hairs. Also after asking for a clean blanket twice the two they brought to the room were also covered in hairs. Yuck!"
