It was really convenient for visiting the Vatican. It was a 10 min walk to the metro so easy to get around. There was plenty of dining options!

The hotel is literally 5 minutes walk to the St Peter Basilica Vatican and 10 minutes walk to the Vatican Museum. 12 Minutes walk to the Metro - The Hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. The Staff especially Myra was so wonderful, she is so helpful, kind, accommodating and always cheerful. Thank you so much Myra, you are a Gem, an asset to the Firm.

It is a hidden gem. And just a 6 minute walk to the Vatican Museums. The building might look old and there is some kind of renovation going on around it right now, But once you get to the 2nd floor and enter your room it feels like a 5 Star hotel! Everything modern, new and even fancy. And if you include breakfast, they bring iir to your room at the time requested. Really nice staff too.

It is a stones throw from the Vatican. The room was very comfortable. We loved the whirlpool tub. Plenty of restaurants in the area. If we ever come back to Rome, I guarantee we'll be staying here again.

We paid for a room with a balcony. We were not informed that the building was under construction. You couldn't open the windows, doors, or blinds due to construction workers on the scaffolding outside the windows, and on the balcony. We were not offered a refund or lesser rate for the lack of the balcony use. This was very disappointing. The staff was great and helpful.

I LOVED this hotel. The staff was really nice and I really liked the room. I simply LOVED the tub and shower!!! The outside of the hotel did not match the inside of it. We were close to the Vatican and stores which was great!!!

Friendly, helpful staff!! Location is ideal but the hotel exterior was under construction which limited any view from your room. On the surface the room was clean , fresh sheets, clean towels and clean bathroom but the room needed a refresh with paint and floor needed a good cleaning.

The outside was getting a remodeling so not fair to Vatican Style to rate the front of the property. Inside elevator, nice rooms, clean, and safe. The only thing is upon check in we didn’t have any idea what floor, what door, nothing. That was the worse part. No front desk until you figure out what level you need to be on. It was great besides that. Need more information for your guest on floor level, or meet your guests at the front when they buzz in. Don’t expect them to find you we have no idea! That’s the part that needs work. Shower was very nice! They clean your room everyday and get fresh towels. I do recommend this property for a stay in Rome. There are cheaper options, but for a nice place for a nice occasion it’s excellent!

The staff was wonderful! They spoke English And they were helpful calling taxis when I was leaving early, providing maps. The rooms are nice and space is a nice size. Nice bathrooms and showers too.

It's a few steps away from St Peter Square and its rooms are comfortable and quiet. Staff were very polite and always ready to help. Their reminder and follow ups are also excellent.

Although the Air Conditioning was not working. The management comped breakfast for the entire stay and brought two fans to accommodate my stay during extreme heat conditions. I would recommend Vatican style in Rome.

The staff was great .Customer service Excelente and Friendly . Walking distance is amazing you have everything accessible. You need to put like a sign at the entrance . So ppl can find it better . My mini suit was great after all the walking you have a jacuzzi i used it for my feet .

Great experience once we got to the hotel. The hotel reached out and asked if we wanted a transfer from the airport. I accepted however it took the driver 1 hour and 20 minutes to pick us up.

Nice property, they couldn't accommodate an early check in at 11am. Not a big deal, we only had to wait until 1pm. Place was great. Nice accommodations.

The hotel was fantastic and staff very helpfull. First time booking with Hotels.com and we had a free shuttle to the hotel but we didnt know we had to book it 24 hours ahead of time so we needed to take the train and then a taxi there
