Highly Responsive

The owner Alberto is a very friendly host. When we had some unfortunate issues during our stay, he took care of them immediately (despite having guests of his own who were visiting him only for a short time). While the issues were unfortunate, it was nice to get to know him better as a result. He speaks English perfectly and communication was no problem at all. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, in a great location and the air conditioning worked very well (which is not always the case in Europe). It was so nice to have a place to cool off from the days activities. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rome.

The apartment was amazing and had all of the amenities we needed for a perfect stay. Two beautiful bedrooms each with their own bathrooms and each with their own balconies were both awesome and tranquil. The full kitchen, dishwasher, washer for clothing, Wi-fi and tvs in each bedroom made for the perfect stay for my family. Alberto is a wonderful host and was not only able to meet us when we arrived, but visited with us, walked us through the area, gave suggestions and was available for any questions or issues. The place was also cleaned when needed, but not pushy. We were asked about when would be a good time to have the place cleaned and it worked out since we were staying for over a week. Overall a great experience, location and a great host.
