Situated on the first floor of a completely renovated building, albeit without an elevator, this apartment overlooks tranquil inner courtyards, ensuring a serene and noise-free environment.

Comprising two distinct double bedrooms, along with a third bedroom that accommodates three guests (with a choice of a double bed and a single bed or three single beds), this apartment also boasts two modern bathrooms with showers.

Two additional temporary beds can be supplied, accommodating a maximum of 9 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring an array of appliances such as an oven, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and kettle providing everything necessary to whip up a delicious meal or a delightful breakfast.

The living room offers a comfortable sofa and a 32-inch LCD TV equipped with a cable TV, granting access to foreign channels (entertainment, sports, movies, news, music, and children's cartoons). Additionally, the apartment provides swift Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating for your convenience.

Location was excellent! Only a couple minutes walk to the Colosseum, and plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. Host was super helpful, giving us tons of recommendations for places to eat, and things to see and do during our stay. Apartment was clean and organized upon arrival. Air conditioning worked well. Washer/dryer was a bit confusing to use, but we did end up getting clean clothes. Paolo was an amazing host and helped us out a great deal on our first trip to Rome!

Excellent location!

Paolo went to infinity and beyond to make our trip flawless. He was very helpful in getting us drivers and suggestions for grocery stores, restaurants, etc. He responded immediately to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Roamin around Rome with the family!

This apartment had a great location in Rome! We enjoyed being able to easily walk to all our sight seeing destinations and close by restaurants and bars. Paolo was great on communication and gave us plenty of info about the area! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing stay and host!

Paolo was so kind to our whole group. He let us check in early which was super helpful so we didn’t have to haul our bags around Rome all day. He gave us really good food recommendations, since he is a local, which ended up being the best restaurants we went to in Rome. The VRBO is in a really good location, about an 8 minute walk to the colloseum. I would definitely stay here again if I were to go back to Rome, I would recommend this home and host to anybody planning on traveling to Rome!

Highly Recommend

We brought our entire family to Rome to visit our oldest child who was studying there this year. Our stay in this apartment went very well. It was well located, safe, clean, contained everything we needed and worked very well for the five of us to rest after long days exploring this wonderful city. This was a trip of a lifetime for our family and our stay at this apartment made it one we will fondly remember forever.

Very Nice Apartment and Location

This apartment is right near the Colosseum and a large assortment of shops and restaurants. The host was extremely helpful with recommendations and help finding transportation for our party of 8. Air conditioning and washer/dryer are a huge plus! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great location and lots of space

This apartment is very well located, very close to the Colloseum and with 2 grocery stores nearby, plus a Metro station. Plenty of room for our family of 7, well appointed kitchen, the bonus of a washer drier and 2 bathrooms. Handy tips left by the host were also helpful. Would stay here again. Nice accommodations close to the Colosseum

Great Location

Spacious apartment. There were only 3 of us but the 3 bedrooms were really spacious and would accomodate at least 6 people plus more on folding beds. However for the larger number of people, the living area/kitchen would be too small - perfect for the 3 of us though. Excellent location within a few minutes walk of the Colosseum and a number of excellent restaurants. Great place for a weekend break and Paolo was very helpful.

Charming Rome Apartment for Extended Stay

The property is ideally situated on a quiet street that is close to the Colosseum and two Metro stops. The property provided ample privacy for my parents and my family of five. The property manager provided excellent dining recommendations and even made dinner reservations on our behalf. Really this experience cannot be topped. Highly recommended for families and friend groups visiting Rome.

Fantastic location

This property is in a fantastic location with the colosseum in view outside the front door. Lots of really great restaurants that are reasonably priced. All the tourist attractions are within walking distance or there is always public transport which was easy to navigate. Paolo is a great host from start to finish. He organised taxi to pick us up and go back to the airport. He gave us lots of local knowledge of where places were. From start to finish he made it so smooth and easy for our stay. Excellent Location

We only had a day to explore Rome, so focused on the Forum and Colosseum. This apartment was easy walking distance to the Colosseum. In fact we could see it 3 blocks down at the end of our street. Added benefits were the gelato shops, 2 small grocery stores, and excellent restaurants along the way. Parking was a little bit of an issue, but our host met us with helpful tips on how to handle it. Using our GPS, we found driving in and out of the center to be fairly easy. This is a great and quiet place for a family to stay in the tourist center of Rome.

Amazing location for Rome Vacation!

My 2 children, parents, husband and I stayed at Paolo’s property during our stay in Rome. Before our arrival, Paolo emailed me a list of suggested restaurants, markets, advice on how to get around and even tips for site seeing. We visited many of the restaurants he suggested which were not only in close proximity to our apartment, but were absolutely amazing! The apartment itself is in the absolute best location! From the front door, you can see the Colosseum! There are many restaurants, shops, Gelaterie, and bars within walking distance. The apartment has 3 great sized bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, all the amenities of home, and was quite comfortable for 4 adults, a teenager, and a child. It was clean, cool, and the washer/dryer was an added bonus! If traveling to Rome again, I would absolutely stay here again! 10/10!

Convenient location and helpful/informative host

Our family of 5 stayed here for 4 nights near the Christmas holidays. Paolo was very helpful booking us a car from the airport and checking us into the apartment. We especially enjoyed his recommendations for gelato and restaurants in the neighborhood. The apartment is a short (5-10 minute) walk up a one way street from the Colosseum and has has several cafes, shops, and restaurants close by. The apartment itself is on the 2nd floor of a quiet building. Overall we found the apartment met our needs as most of our time was spent sightseeing in the city. A few things to note: 1 shower is small and oriented such that you must use the handheld shower wand - otherwise water will spill out onto the floor, which could be challenging for larger or less mobile people. The common living area is also the combined kitchen, dining area, and living/tv room which has seating either at the dining table or on the couch. Finally, the street out front can get somewhat congested during commuting hours, especially the afternoon, so you should plan ahead for ordering taxis or rideshares.
