Apartment in the living heart of Rome, a stone's throw from Piazza Navona near the Vatican, yet very quiet, equipped with every comfort, independent heating, air conditioning, sheets and towels provided, detergents and soaps in the kitchen and in the bathrooms, dishwashers, etc. very nice furnishings and classic. Suitable for honeymoon couples but also for families with children or couples of friends, thanks to the presence of two bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. The rates are discounted in relation to the duration of the stay. Completely renovated in 2012, located in the heart of Rome, you can reach it on foot in 5 minutes: Piazza Navona, Castel S. Angelo, San Pietro and the Vatican Museums, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Trinità dei Monti. Equipped with two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, the other with two single beds, in each bedroom there is a bathroom, in the double bedroom the bathroom has a bathtub in the one with the 2 single beds the bathroom has the shower. The two bathrooms make this apartment ideal both for a family and for two couples. In the large living room, illuminated by two large windows overlooking Via della Vetrina, there is a sofa and a dining area that can accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen is small but well equipped with everything including a dishwasher. The air conditioning in summer is very pleasant, even if the house is old so with the thick walls it is still fresh, and as there are windows on two fronts it is pleasantly ventilated. In winter the independent heating allows you to heat it to your liking. The bathrooms are complete, in marble, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, recently renovated. In the living room you can add a single bed to sleep a fifth person or a cot for a baby. A good Wifi Internet system will allow you to surf as you wish.
All kinds of bars and restaurants, not exclusively tourist, are in the house and a supermarket is 30 meters away. The Vatican is beyond the Tiber, 10 minutes on foot. You are in the heart of Rome but the apartment is calm and quiet, especially the double bedroom which overlooks an internal courtyard. Despite being on the first floor the house is full of light.

The host was very nice and even allowed us to check in earlier than the required time. The apartment is located in a great spot where a small supermarket is available and shopping markets. It was a good choice to stay at this apartment.

This apartment was perfect for our needs. It within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Lots of delicious restaurants are close and the narrow cobblestone streets gave us a real Rome experience. The owners are super helpful and accommodating. They checked with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved Rome and staying near Piazza Navona was the best!

We stayed here for a month last year and had such a wonderful experience we decided to come again and this year was just as wonderful. The hosts are responsive and very helpful, the apartment is centrally located but on a quiet block, and it is very comfortable. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Perfect location for wonderful vacation

We looked at 5 different properties before selecting this location. After our visit, all we can say is this location was by far the best choice. Perfectly suited to all major sites, full of restaurant and grocery options, and steps away from the nightlife yet set on a very quiet street. Was an excellent stay for our family.

Fantastic location!

We loved staying in this apartment! Although it is an older apartment it had everything we needed, was spacious and was in a fantastic location close to Piazza Navona! The hosts were very helpful and had lots of good suggestions for delicious food. We loved Rome!

Perfect in every way

This apartment was all we hoped for and more. It's very comfortable and spacious, the location is perfect because it's convenient to everything but on a quiet street. Perfect Home Base

This was the perfect location from which to explore Rome. It was centrally located, and only about a 20 minute walk even to the Spanish steps. There were abundant restaurants and gelaterias in the neighborhood, and it was fun to explore all the little shops that were nearby. The apartment itself was clean and met our needs, Fabiola and her husband were responsive and attentive and everything worked well. Would definitely stay here again!

The best thing about this Property was the provision of staples like coffee, tea, sugar etc. Although we never met the owner she was very accommodating. Only minor issue, it would be nice to have had some shelves in the bathroom.

2 couples, first time in Italy

Fabiola and Roberto were super easy to communicate with. They went out of their way to accommodate our ever changing check in time( late flight) and gave us advice on how to navigate the city as this was our first visit to Rome. The apartment was charming, just as advertised, in a great location and perfect for 2 couples. They definitely deserve the ranking of superhost. Thank you both for a wonderful stay.

Great Location

This apartment was in a great location and close to many sites such as the Vatican, Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. Hop on and Hop off was very close also to be able to get to the rest of the sites we wanted to see. The apartment is just as described in the listing 2 bedroom and 2 bath and was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The washing machine was perfect to help us keep up with laundry. We walked to breakfast and dinner every day as there was so many good places to eat near by.

Perfect location with walking access to everything

We loved our stay. The apartment was set up very well for a family of 4, and having 2 full bathrooms was great. The apartment is literally in walking distance to all the tourist sites, but on a cute little side street away from the hustle and bustle. It is also very close to many restaurants and bars. Fabiola was so helpful and arranged a car for us at the airport when we arrived that took us straight to the apartment, and then a taxi to bring us to the train station. I would highly recommend this apartment, and would love to stay there again when we visit Rome in the future

Great location makes up for other issues.

The location of this apartment could not be better. It is a five minute walk from Piazza Navona and within walking distance to all major tourist sites. There are an unlimited number of amazing restaurants nearby and the surrounding area oozes charm with beautiful streets and alleyways all around. The apartment is spacious with one bedroom large enough for a couple and the second bedroom smaller with a twin bed fine for a child or single person. The kitchen is ok with equipment for preparing breakfast or snacks. I wouldn’t expect to prepare any major meals as it is quite small. Having two bathrooms is a plus, however the only shower in the small bathroom is so tiny that we both had difficulty moving around while showering. The shower also had drainage issues and we couldn’t take very long showers for fear of flooding the bathroom. Taking into consideration the age of the building, the hot water was decent, but the plumbing fixtures did not work properly and the toilet in the main bath ran constantly. The main living area was not comfortable as there was an old sofa and only hard dining chairs for additional seating. The tv’s in the living room and bedroom only got a few limited Italian language channels and no cable. We were there in December and the apartment was cold. There was a mini split unit, but no instruction on how to use it. We never saw the manager in person. They were available by text, but it would have been helpful to have instruction on the heat and laundry.

Had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was perfect for us as family of 3, with our daughter having her own bedroom and bathroom.Living room is spacious with air con. Bedrooms have large ceiling fan which worked very well.Most importantly, location is just fantastic, 3 min from Piazza Navona and 10 min from Castel St Angelo. Everything was in easy walking distance.We had dinner at Fiammetta our first night on recommendation by the owner Alberto, it was our favourite meal of our stay. Alberto was very easy to communicate with, given lots of tips, very friendly.We will be definitely back if we come to Rome again. Our stay was wonderful.
