Staff was absolutely incredible. I had a bad experience with a creepy man the first night I stayed. I let the owner know in the morning, and was immediately moved into a different room that locked at night so I could be safe. It isn’t unusual to have experiences like that in hostels as a young women, but the way the owner reacted was incredible. As far as facilities, it’s very fair for the price. I would stay there again!

Value for money, very convenient location, not too hard to find, friendly host, good single bed, good air conditioner, but shower flow too slow too little, warm water not stable, not enough toilet paper. The area around the property is dirty with a few beggars, rubbish, bad smell, horrible

Very pathetic condition. Rooms are toilet wery dirty. Shower not working well. Guest house is on 5th floor. Lift not working well.

It’s good for the price, the owner was great!

I stayed in the shared dormitory. This place does need some modernisation but I stayed for 3 nights and had no major problems with it considering the price. The women that runs it was very kind and caring and made sure I was okay and that if I had any problems (I was a young solo female traveler) and if I had a problem she fixed it quickly. I had no problems of bed bugs or anything else the reviews have been saying. The street can get a bit sketchy at night but if you stay close to the train station side or turn off down to the side street it’s okay. I also didn’t contact them 24hrs before as I didn’t read properly but they ended up contacting me the day of arrival and it was fine to check in late

Worst place I have ever stayed at

This place is a joke. Firstly I received a WhatsApp message on my private number which is a security breach, from the “owner” of the hotel saying that I need to go check in a different hotel where we end up staying because apparently the previous one had bugs and they’re trying to get rid of them at the time. The other “ hotel “ we went to was a disgusting . There was no reception or anything, the housekeeper checked us in, and made us pay the city tax in CASH which we were not happy about. She spoke like zero English and we struggled to communicate whatsoever. The shower head was broken, we had no hot water only warm one, air conditioning wasn’t working, the toilet seat was broken too. It’s just not worth even a penny

Mycket serviceminded värdinna. Rent. Ingen frukost dock värd namnet men det kan man inte förvänta på ett litet guesthouss. Och som överallt i Rom dåligt tryck i vattenledningarna periodvis.

I have terrible experience with this so called “property”. This is in a very scary neighborhood. NEVER book this place. I booked this through Orbitz and I think I have been scammed. Never got a response from this facility and I was not given refund for the services not availed. I am quitting Orbitz for the way they handled my grievance.

il numero telefonico fisso indicato dal sito è risultato inesistente. Sono stato ospitato in una dependance molto più lontana da roma termini rispetto alla descrizione. la stanza non aveva termosifone acceso, solo una stufetta, non c era armadio, accapatotio, frigobar e telefono. Il televisore prendeva solo pochissimi canali. Nel bagno presenti WC e doccia con un lavandino pochissimo capiente e un solo asciugamano. Assenti sapone e shampoo. Presente il fono. Assente il bidet. Zona tranquilla e vicina ad una fermata della metro. Prezzo accettabile solo per la posizione

Never again!

Dirty room, dirty bathroom, aircondition doesnt work, located in really dangerous area, breakfast was a joke (old bread and stink butter). Host steal our money (she said addtional 14 euro for city tax, but she dont give us any recipt). Never again, see my photo from this hostel - it is a warning for you.

We chose this hostel especially for its breafast and being close to the center.. but it was totally !! First we has sen the hostel i thought it’s something else beside of hostel, we have never had a breakfast there and Also the internet and cleaning service were terrible!!!!!!!!

It is difficult to find. Look for 213 once you are outside Roma Termini. Also marked as the Dino Hostel. Staff are super sweet and helpful.

Pensate che abbiamo valutato l'idea di andare a dormire con le persone che dormivano fuori in stazione. Mai più. Mi dispiace per Expedia che non valuta prima questi posti. Farò anche più attenzione a prenotare con Expedia. Non mi fido più. Penso che possa bastare per spiegare com'è andata.

Wir haben schon ab dem Vortag der Anreise versucht, das Guesthouse zu kontaktieren, leider vergeblich. Danach standen wir prompt vor verschlossenen Türen. Und auch die Mitarbeiter von Hotels.com haben mehrfach versucht, Kontakt aufzunehmen - ohne Erfolg. Bucht hier bloß nicht, das Geld ist futsch!!!
