The apartment is located just 3 minutes walk from the Vatican City, St. Peter's Square and the Vatican Museums. Within walking distance you will find all the other tourist attractions of the city.

The property is located on an area of 100 square meters and consists of a large living room with a sofa / bed for two people, a table with chairs for breakfast and lunch, a TV with a DVD player and a kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils and a washing machine. Separated from the living room there are three large bedrooms with double double beds and private bathrooms. Each room has a private bathroom with shower.

The apartment is equipped with central heating, air conditioning, tables, chairs, kitchen utensils, washing machine, hairdryer, television, furniture for clothes, sheets, towels, free internet connection and much more.

The area of the house is very quiet and the main road can be reached on foot in 1 minute. The street is very busy, with a large choice of shops, including bars, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, bank and many other shops are essential for your stay.

In front of the apartment is the Roma San Pietro train station which connects well to all parts of Rome, including the central station of Roma Termini and Fiumicino airport. Do not miss the bus stops that take you directly and with only 5 minutes by car from the city center, Campo de Fiori - Piazza Navona - Piazza Venezia - Colosseum. This is also a taxi rank at the entrance of San Pietro station.

Large Apartment

Rome vacation of a lifetime

We loved our stay at Valentina's lovely apartment. The location was perfect! We enjoyed croissants and espresso every morning at the cafe right next door - what a value! Just a short walk to St Peter's Square, which you can see from the street in front of the apartment. Several delicious restaurant choices right on the block - we especially loved Osteria dei Pontefici and Goose. We walked from our apartment to every part of Rome including Trastevere and the Colosseum. Taxis were easy to get and very prompt. Valentina arranged transport from the airport and was very responsive. It was a wonderful vacation!

Rome apartment

Good locations. It was a 20-30 minute walk to the Vatican area, not a 3 minute walk. There were good restaurants nearby so we visited often.Be prepared for alot of street noise with alot of police sirens and ambulance sirens going down the busy street right out front. This apartment only had one sofa that could seat 3, and 4 table chairs around the dining area table. There were no living area lounge chairs, sofa end tables or a coffee table so it was not comfortable to seat in the apartment to have a meal, with 8 people. Also, and we knew this from the listing, that there a washer which we assumed in Europe was a combination washer/ dryer unit and learned it was not. We were a party of 8 coming off a 7 day cruise and needed to get some laundry done. Big issue. Also the kitchen didn't have a microwave or dishwasher. We spent alot of time Saturday in the Vatican area and 3 of our party stayed in the Apartment Sunday to rest so the lack of more seating areas, and laundry dryer, made it uncomfortable.

Outstanding Location… just a 10 minute walk to The Vatican!

I will start with the location - GREAT! The apartment building is located in the Lazio district. It is just a short walk to the Vatican and, if your a walker, a 45-60 minute walk to the Colosseum and all the other big sites; Trevi, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, etc. are in between. The apartment itself was very well kept and tidy. We were three couples, all over 50, in our group and we had a good amount of room in each of our bedrooms. We did not use the kitchen once, but it was well stocked with pots and pans and coffee maker. But who needs a coffee pot when Pasticceria Riekkomi is right next door! Valentina our host was very responsive to any questions that came up and check-in was a breeze!

Rome away from home!

First I would love to say that it was a pleasure to work with Valentina. She helped us arrange transportation from our port, to her apartment, and then from her apartment to the airport. The drivers were on time, and an affordable option. Valentina was kind enough to allow us to store our bags prior to our check in time. She provided us with detailed instructions on how to use the metro which was a great way to travel around the city. The metro pickup is literally within a block of the apartment. The apartment was wonderful. Plenty of space and all six adults thought the beds were comfortable. We loved that there were plenty of dining choices on the same block, and we could literally see the St. Peter’s dome from her apartment. You won’t regret staying here for you visit to Rome.

Very nice situated apartment near Vatican City

Valentina was a very gracious host. She greeted us upon arrival. Communication with her was always fast via WhatsApp. We were comfortable with the apartment, very spacious! Will stay again if we do visit Rome. Transfer transportation from airport to apartment and to train station was very smooth, if needed, this is the best service with reasonable price. Thank you for everything Valentina!

Do as Romans do

The apartment is located in a residential area just a 15 minute walk to St Peter’s. Valentina is an excellent host always available when messaged. A grocery store is nearby along with Pappagallo, a juice bar/espresso bar/ eatery where went for a daily espresso and croissant. Across the street, bus 916 will take you straight into the middle of Rome which is easy enough to catch to bring you back after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment’s 3 bedrooms each have a full bath and a queen-sized, seriously comfortable bed and air conditioning, which makes it an ideal stay for our family of four with 2 grown teenagers. When in Rome, you will feel like you’re doing as the Romans do (and not what the tourists do) in Valentina’s perfect apartment.

Cette location est parfaite pour une famille avec 4 enfants ! Valentina nous a très bien accueilli, on a pu bénéficier de l appartement plus tôt. Le grand séjour est agréable et les chambres avec les salles de bain sont très confortables. La cuisine est simple et fonctionnelle. Le plus est la climatisation ! Pour le quartier, l appartement est situé à pied à 15 minutes de la place Saint Pierre. Il y a un bon glacier en bas de l immeuble. Une location où nous pourrions revenir sans hésiter.

Tidy and comfortable, in the shadow of St. Peter’s

So much space! 3 big bedrooms. 3 big bathrooms. Large common room. Air conditioning! Lift to carry luggage (up one floor). Valentina was gracious and helpful. She arranged transport from the airport and helped scheduled transport for our next destination. Her company was substantially more affordable than any I found online pre-planning from the USA. We were conveniently located a short walk from the Vatican (with Captain Cono Gelateria on the path - highly recommend!). There were restaurants and a supermarket just across the street. The ancient sites are a distance, but we’d planned ahead and taxis were easy to call. Also, it’s directly on a main road, so it’s easy to communicate the address to taxi drivers. For our family of 7, this was a great place to stay!

The apartment was perfect! The property owner had a friend meet us and she was so kind and helpful! She helped us navigate the city bus system and gave helpful advice on nearby stores and restaurants. The location was perfect only being a few blocks from St Peters Square and next door to a delicious gelato store! A perfect place to stay if looking for a city experience!

Con la collaborazione di Valentina abbiamo evitato l’utilizzo del divano letto nel soggiorno e abbiamo optato per aggiungere culla e lettino nelle camere più grandi. Nonostante l’appartamento non sia nuovissimo, la proprietaria lo ha attrezzato per coprire le principali necessità di brevi soggiorni. Disponibili occorrente base per la cucina e il bagno. Pulizia buona. La zona é ben servita con locali, pasticcerie, supermarket aperto h24, farmacie, mezzi che portano in tutte le zone di maggiore interesse turistico. Proprio sotto casa disponibili parcheggi in cui lasciare auto a costo contenuto per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Valentina disponibile e gentile. Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente!

The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and updated. It was convenient to the Vatican (which was key to our visit) and had many restaurants close by, even a 24 hour supermarket. The only downside was that there is not a close metro station to the location. The train station is close, but that is hard to use for inner city travel. So we had to walk quite a bit back and forth from the apartment. I would recommend the apartment for anyone who needs the room. All 3 rooms had a separate bath, making it convenient for all who stayed. Hosts were very accommodating in meeting us to let us in and in arranging rides to the airport.
