Fantastic 3 Bedroom Apartment In Center Of Rome. Beautifully Remodeled!

The Savoy Suite Roma is a completely renovated apartment in the center of Rome. With three beautifully decorated bedrooms, a large and comfortable living/dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, one of them is en suite.The apartment’s location could not be more central for visiting the city of Rome. In one direction, a 10 minute walk will take you to the breathtaking Roman Forum and the Colosseum, as well as the Colle Oppio park (the hill where the Emperor Nero built his golden palace over 2000 years ago.) A 5 minute walk in the other direction will take you to the central train station, where trains leave by the hour for Florence, Venice, Milano, Naples and the Amalfi Coast. Two metro stops are also within a 10 minute walk of the Avalon: Line A (Piazza Vittorio station) will take you in a few minutes to the Spanish Steps with its incomparable shops, as well as to St. Peter’s Square and the Sistine Chapel. Only two stops on Line B (Cavour station) will bring you to the majestic Circus Maximus, where in past millennia ancient Romans staged chariot races. Line B of the metro will also take you to the regular trains to Ostia, where in only thirty minutes you will arrive at the seaside to visit the ruins of Ostia Antica or have a leisurely seafood lunch on the beach.Near the apartment there are very good restaurants and famous stores for Italian breakfast, like Panella and Regoli. Among the Wilson’s services are an English-speaking driver who can do not only simple airport transfers but can also take you on private day tours to places like Pompeii, Vesuvio, Positano on the Amalfi Coast, Florence and Tuscany, Spoleto and Umbria, Tivoli and the Roman Castles.

Great place for short stay

The apartment is perfect for a quick stay in Rome. It is very clean with adequate facilities. Communication with the owner is very prompt and clear. Great place for access to the main train station and bus lines as well as the train line from the airport. Great place!

Restful and convenient

Within a few easy to walk blocks of Roma Termini and perhaps 20 mins from the Colosseum. Local restaurants are tasty and streets are quiet at night. The apartment has comfy beds and windows can be blocked from light if you need a few hours of good sleep midday

The apartment looks just like the pictures, very clean and can comfortably keep 5 people. Host is super kind and gave me some great recommendations. Location is very central, short walk to the main station and other key points of Rome.

We had a loverly stay, in this very clean and modern apartment. We all had enough space and were on a great street close to all types of cuisines right downstairs! Convenient store, mini market, great Italy food, Pizza & even an amazing Kabob place! Thank you Salvatore for your beautiful place, and great recommendations to the other fine dining you left on the dining room table for us and arranging our private airport transfers, it was seamsless.

Beautiful, spacious flat, friendly host!

We loved our stay in this beautiful and spacious flat. The host was so friendly, allowing us to drop our bags early and suggesting a local lunch spot. The showers were huge for a European flat!! Everything was wonderful!

A modern apartment conveniently located between Roma Termini and the Colosseum. Salvatore and his family were very friendly and helpful with all our enquiries, from when we made the booking and throughout our stay.

Great location nice stay

The property was nice. Didn't realize that one of the main bedrooms had two separate small beds. There wasn't a living room space but overall it was a nice apartment and we had plenty of toilet paper and paper towels which was nice. The location was great as it was within walking distance of the Termini Train Station. The host was very communicative and we really enjoyed our stay!

Quick walk to Termini Station

This was a great location for getting around by train and subway - an easy walk of only about 4 blocks to Termini Station. We were delayed a couple of hours and Salvatore waited to help us check in. It's perfect if you plan to just sleep there as there isn't a living room per se, but we basically explored and came back and went right to bed. The host was very accommodating with checking in and out times!

Ideal Location

The property is ideally situated near the Termini and bus station. Comfortable beds and climate controls. Quiet area. Our only comment would be that the lack of comfortable seating in the common area if the home. There is certainly room for a small loveseat and chairchair.area

We had a great stay!

We enjoyed Salvatore’s apartment and the surrounding area very much. It is minutes walking from Roma Termini which makes it extremely convenient. The apartment was clean and well laid out, the only thing we missed was a living room space to hang out. The kitchen table became our home base and it worked fine because we were out exploring most of our time. Overall a great experience and would stay again! Thank you for having us!!

Nice spacious apartment

We stayed in the apartment and enjoyed our visit. It’s large and well appointed. Communication with Salvatore was fantastic. He actually allowed us to check in early which was great since we had an early train into Rome. Check in and check out were seamless. Its location is close to the main train terminal but a little far from all the main tourist attractions, though still walkable.

Lovely Apartment

Wonderful, comfortable apartment for our family of 7. It has all modern amenities and was well stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood around apartment was very vibrant and you are walking distance to everything you need (restaurant, food shopping, metro). There is also a tram stop right in front. Salvatore was very attentive in making sure we were checked in safely and even assisted us with other things if needed (airport transportation, etc) Would highly recommend and stay there again.

Perfect location and Friendly host!

The location was central and easy walking distance to everything we wanted…train station, colosseum, shops and restaurants. Salvatore was super friendly and helpful. He let us drop our luggage early for €20 tip to the cleaner that was there so we could go explore before check in. Check in was easy and he was helpful with maps and recommendations. I was excited to buy an autographed copy of his wife’s book “Only in Naples”. Plenty of space and the apartment was beautiful. We were only there for one night but would have happily stayed longer. Excellent stay!

Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Rome

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Vrbo apartment in Rome, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The location was incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the train station and within a 20-minute stroll to iconic landmarks like the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. This made exploring the city effortless and enjoyable. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, featuring three actual bedrooms that comfortably accommodated our group of five. With two full bathrooms and the added convenience of a washing machine, it provided all the comforts of home while allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the charm of Rome. Our host was outstanding—attentive, easy to contact, and always quick to respond. His helpfulness made our stay even more seamless and enjoyable. If I ever find myself back in Rome, I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to experience the beauty of the city!

Nice interior, but not ideal location

The apartment was lovely however it could use a couch or area to relax. it is not close to many sites. The neighborhood worried us a bit. We also did not enjoy being charged 20 euro to check in 1.5 hours early.
