The property itself was mostly nice. It surprisingly did not have an airport shuttle service, being so close to the airport. Instead they did book a taxi to the airport for 20 euros. There was a bit of mold in the bathroom, probably because of the drainage issue in the shower.

Spero che Expedia possa cancellare questa recensione, credo il cliente si sia sbagliato, nei suoi soggiorni in Italia, non siamo vicini all aeroporto...sono circa 40 kilometri, e faccio presente a chiunque non è possibile avere un taxi a 20 euro...mi dispiace tantissimo...

Highly recommend!
My elderly father and I stayed at this centrally located hotel for 4 fabulous nights - clean and comfortable rooms with all modern conveniences, generous family like hospitality, excellent value, and easy to communicate with the owner(s) and staff. To enjoy Rome is to walk every where and see this outdoor museum but be close to your hotel to stop and rest anytime. I will convince my husband to stop in Rome and stay here on our way to the winter Olympics in cortino.

This place was in a good location. Equally close to all monuments and popular areas. Cons: The hot water ran out very quickly, 5 minutes or so. The bed was not very comfortable, you could feel every spring. I order to check in with the owner you have to message him on what’s app if you speak English.

We had an awesome 5 night stay at Cardilli B&B. Location was quiet and convenient to most sights - an easy walk to Colosseum/Forum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Pantheon. A short cab ride to the Vatican. The room was spacious, clean and updated. Gianluca was a terrific host, delivering a delicious and varied breakfast to our room every morning. He arranged taxis and a car to cruise terminal for us giving us confidence there would be no issues. He had many recommendations for sights to see and restaurants. He genuinely tried to make our stay as pleasurable as possible - and he succeeded. Thanks Gianluca! We would highly recommend Cardilli B&B.

I only came back and absolutely loved this place, it’s so clean and juanluca is the nicest man you could ever meet, so helpful, went above and beyond for us, next time I’m in Rome I will definitely be back to this hotel.

The host GianLuca was extraordinary. He was friendly and helpful. They also upgraded us to a bigger room free of charge. The location was great. We could easily walk to popular attractions such as the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon.

Fantastic home away from home

Highly highly recommend!!
Stayed two nights here with my partner. Very central location. Everything was in walking distance. From the moment we arrived we loved it. Gianluca was a wonderful host! We told him we were only there for two days so he mapped out how to fit everything in that we wanted to see! He recommended restaurants, wine bars and told us the local bus to reach St. Peter’s basilica. The breakfast was brought to the room in the morning which is a lovely touch! Plenty of food that filled us for the day. The hotel is in a traditional Roman building with an old style lift with the iron gates. The room was clean, spacious and luxurious with a beautiful chandelier and very comfortable bed! The shower was a waterfall style which was perfect. Felt very safe at this hotel. Gianluca would ask what time we would be due home after a long day exploring Rome and he would have the Aircon on for us on our arrival! Really can’t speak more highly of this place! It made our trip memorable and I will be recommending it to my family and friends.

My sister and I stayed 2 nights and absolutely loved our room! Very comfortable bed, nice and luxurious clean bathroom and Gianluca is so welcoming and brought our delicious breakfast every morning to our room. Definitely recommend this hotel!

A peaceful haven in Rome
Great location - historical sites quite close, great local neighbourhood. Close to bus stops & taxi ranks and Rome Termini Rail Station is within walking distance or short taxi ride. Rooms are great, clean, modern styling. Located on 3rd floor but there is a beautiful old but very functional. Host was warm and welcoming - gave me great sightseeing tips which set me up for my whole 4 day stay. Breakfast was good and plentiful and served in your room. Highly recommend the Cardilli Luxury Rooms

wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Unser Gastgeber hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen und viele nützliche Tipps gegeben. Die Unterkunft war sehr hübsch eingerichtet und die Lage war toll. Alles war sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar und in der Nähe gab es viele sehr gute Restaurants. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Très bon séjour, l'établissement est très bien placé, calme et proche de tous les lieux importants que Rome peut offrir. De plus Gianluca à toujours de très bons et précieux conseils à donner. C'était notre deuxième séjour et nous y retournerons.

Bom quarto, mas precisa de mais manutenção
Ótima localização, quarto espaçoso, mas alguns equipamentos não funcionaram direito (cofre, aquecimento, jacuzzi). Serviço limitado pois não é hotel e sim um quarto alugado.

Il B&B è in centro e la sua posizione ti permette di visitare tutte le attrazioni principali in 10/15 minuti. La camera era veramente bellissima, ordinata e pulita, colazione ottima. Gianluca è una persona stupenda, è stato veramente gentilissimo e disponibile Consigliato assolutamente
