"The room was clean. Staff was very professional and helpful. I got checked in 1.5h earlier, they have storage available and when I came back to check in the luggage was already on my room. I got an offer and was excellent value for money and location couldn’t be best. To top the hotel is visibly LGBT friendly, so I will definitely be repeating if I come back to Bath."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay – Would Definitely Come Back! First of all, an excellent hotel! We had a wonderful experience at Apex City of Bath Hotel. Everything was very clean, well maintained, and had a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. The facilities were one of the highlights of our stay. The swimming pool, steam room, sauna and gym were all excellent, clean and very well maintained. A special mention to Mr Gautama at reception, who was absolutely amazing. He was very patient, welcoming, friendly and helpful, and really made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. His hospitality deserves special recognition. Our room was excellent — very clean, comfortable and properly maintained. If you are staying for two days or more, they also refresh the room, which we really appreciated. Drinking water was provided in the room as well, something that many hotels do not always offer. Overall, we had an amazing and relaxing experience. Everything from the cleanliness and facilities to the service made our stay enjoyable. We would definitely come back to Apex City of Bath Hotel in the future and would happily recommend it to others. ⭐️"
