"We did not feel safe staying here due to the 3 men hovering around our door as well as they were all smoking when we reserved non smoking and one of them looked to be living out of the room next to us as the room itself was not clean upon arrival and when we approached the front desk clerk he proceeded to yell about everything and refuse help as well as kept trying to get us to go back to the room instead of trying to assist and accommodate our concerns."

"We were greeted with a printed out sign that said "back in 15 minutes" and a phone number to call with an automated answer and no way to leave a message. After a long wait, someone showed up. After check-in, no staff was seen again. The room looked like it had not been cleaned with food debris on the surfaces. The sheets and bedding looked filthy with numerous cigarette burns--we could not even sleep on them, laying on top of the cover in our cloths all night. The floor was sticky like fly paper and the bathroom had significant amounts of black mold. I would not advise staying here--very inhospitable in every catagory."

"Very clean rooms. Climate control function perfectly, for my needs.The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast was a real breakfast. My only complaint is that the pillows were too small and too soft. All in all very pleased with everything. I will definitely use this property again and recommend it to anyone that needs a rest spot in Rome Ga.."

"Not good at all! Customer service was very poor. No greeting or welcoming when checking-in, no direction to elevator after checking-in just here’s your key. Called front desk ti inquire about missing s amenities and was told my room number would be written down and they would see that they could do but that had a “issue”, never received amenities. Bed… was horrible tossed and turned all night and felt like something was crawling all over me (my daughter had same issue) Bathroom had peeling wallpaper above the door. Room had interior peeling around light fixtures. Would not recommend staying."

"The property is noisy due to the traffic, also, my room had a heavy dog smell in one of the beds. No dogs should be alloud in certain rooms and dog must not use a bed to sleep."

"This is a historic hotel in a great location, however it is worn out and in need of a major upgrade. Interior units also need a total refit. The floors are not even close to level. Used the Elevator and noticed it has not been inspected and certified in a year. Would not stay there again until they update it."
